Recently, a good mate of mine has accumilated and given me a series of cards seen in the DC era of bond films, and i wanted a way to keep them all safe. Well where else do you keep your cards? In ya wallet of course.

Anyone know if there was a DC MI6 ID card ever made for the films? I don't recall seeing one on screen, but if there is such a card, its all i'd need to finish off the collection.

Anyhow, top marks to the people who actually made the cards, really top marks.

For me, it was the oldie "Where Eagles Dare" (1968). I've seen it before. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as I remembered it. I'd still recommend, even though the dispense-of-belief-requirements are a little too much at times.

While typing, I'm watching a music video: "Deep Purple in concert with the London Symphony Orchestra", rec. 1999. Fantastic stuff. Highly recommended.

Apologies for anyone who knows about this item, but for those that dont:

This Danbury Mint die-cast, gold-plated, Special Edition model of the James Bond Aston Martin DB5 is boxed and in Very Good condition.

The box looks to have what could be a serial number or model number on it '007-001' which I have always used the story that it was the first off the production line. This may or may not be true as I have no proof to back this up other than this number, but it sounded good to friends.

It has been crafted from over 300 precision parts and plated in 22 carat gold and is the best replica of everyones favourite car.

It comes with the display plinth and perspex lid and original box. The plinth plaque still has the clear plastic cover on it to protect the 22k plating.

So, in short, here is an opportunity to purchase a lovely and pretty rare item
