  Not sure, but what intrigued me was the shot from the trailer of the soles of Bond's shoes. The soles reminded me of the soles found on John Lobb, and not the ones used by Church's on any of their shoes.

  Have to agree, the sole of the shoe in your picture certainly does not match the sole of a Chruch's Philip.
  
  Maybe Church's provided the Shannon, Philip and Ryder III, but only the Ryder III was used. Maybe the formal shoes were John Lobb's, as in Casino Royal.

  Though the the heel detail on the John Lobb Philip looks different to that from your picture DC hanging from the rope.

  Another thought, that picture you posted of Bond hanging from the rope....could that be a stuntman rather than DC?
