The Madagascar T-Shirt by Magnoli

The excitement has arrived! Magnoli has sent me pictures of the prototype of the Madagascar T-shirt Bond wears under his shirt in the chase scene from Casino Royale. I will be doing a video review and action test of the shirt...but for now bask in the pics! To get in touch with him email him at indy_magnoli@yahoo.com

    Looks good.

Hope with this one, though, that Indy might pre-produce these in set Small, Medium and Large sizes rather than made-to-measure/order with the usual waiting time...?

Ohh, very nice!! I will be e-mailing Tony for one of these! I'm glad he took on this project, even though in the end, it's just a t-shirt.

    Kind regards,
    Craig

Just a heads up... no need to e-mail me about these right now. They are being produced as we speak and will most likely be added to our site sometime in July. No pre-ordering at the moment, so keep your eyes on this thread and our website for updates.

    Kind regards,
    Indy

They come in four sizes (measurement charts on our site above, I tried copy-pasting the table, but it didn't work).

Looks great with the Madagascar Shirt:

I've been wearing my Madagascar shirt this week as its feeling tropical in the UK at the moment. Love that shirt!
This looks like a perfect companion, my order is in too!

Great stuff Indy, not having a tape measure to hand whilst away on holiday which size would be best for a 40 chest? Eger to place my order...

    Thanks in advance

I have a 40" chest and wear a small (but like my t-shirt tight)... so either small or medium depending on the fit you want.
  • The Bond ExperienceThe Bond Experience Newtown, PAPosts: 5,490Quartermasters
hmmm, your size table reads that a 40 chest (pit to pit of 20") would be a size large...may want to clarify before people buy...for example I am a 40 as well, but may be a thicker build...so i thought I was a large according to table...sounds like I may be more of a medium?>

Keep in mind that these shirts stretch, so if you want it fitting, you'll want the shirt chest to be a little smaller than your off-the-body chest. Regardless, each of these are fairly slim fitting, including the sleeves, so the sizing is somewhat fluid.

Has anybody ordered one yet? I'm back from holiday and eger to purchase, for those of you with a 40 chest what size did you go for?

The chart reads a large is the way to go but I'm unsure since Indy said about the snug-ness.

My two shirts arrived this morning, one medium, one large.

Firstly, they look spot on and have a great feel to them, quality workmen ship.

The medium fits me perfectly leaving the large going begging.

Not looking to make money on it, just to break even and I'll offer free postage to anyone in the UK, so £30 all in.

I've worn it for about 30 seconds before folding it back up into its plastic cover which it came with. I'm a broad 40chest and 30/31 waist and the large sits a little too baggy on the abs for my liking.

    Anyone interested?

Received my size Medium over the weekend. I'm a 40" chest, and I love the fit. I could see wearing a size Small, but it would be very tight - too tight for casual wear. The Medium is a nice slim fit, although a touch long in the body. So I may have it hemmed shorter. Tony did a great job with these shirts! The details are fantastic! If you're on the fence, I highly recommend picking one up. One of Magnoli's best Bond offerings at the moment!

    Kind regards,
    Craig

Hi Nico, do I need a 3D glasses for your second photo? :)) Really suits you.

I got my t-shirt two days ago. It's really well made and well-fitting, but to my mind the sleeves are a little to long underneath of the pattern. On Mantis pictures of the prototype the sleeves matches much better.

A few pics to see fit....will be doing a short video review of these shirts soon. Been waiting since 2006 for this shirt and I am NOT disappointed. As others have said Magnoli did an awesome job with these.

    I have a medium and a large...I am a 40R chest, 32/33 inch waist
    Here is the medium:

    More_342.jpg

    More_344.jpg

Yes, I am doing a douchey flex pose above...mostly to show the bicep fit...

    Here is the Large:

    More_347.jpg

    More_348.jpg

The medium is good for me as a SA fit but I like the extra room of the large...glad I got both sizes but more in the vid coming soon...
