I also relised something funny. I wont name the films cause its on a few. When Bond is on the becahes and a car drives around there is skidmark sounds. Its sand! I noticed this in OHMSS. Skidding in sand, lol.
I have found a particularly thorough website of James Bond bloopers which might interest those reading this topic. It's certainly the most comprehensive list I've ever seen.
I noticed that in YOLT Bond meet Blofeld and Blofeld examines Bond and know what he looks like.
In OHMSS when Bond meets Blofeld, Blofeld suspects of nothing and thinks his Sir Hillery. But in YOLT they met.
In FRWL in the boat scene Bond lets out about 4 barrels. When he shoots them there is 4 barrels that blow and on the other side, another 4 blow up. Another mistake here is that his using a flare gun. He shoots once and then without changing the flares he shoots again. Flare guns can only carry one flare at a time.
In Dr. No when Bond has his cup of coffee he notices its drugged. He throws the cup on the bench making it shatter. But when we see the black bench not one peice of glass is left on it. Bond did not throw the cup on the floor because that area was carpet and we got the effect that the smash was on hard wood.
I just watched Dr. No and noticed that in the Casino scene where Bond first says "Bond- James Bond" there's a lady to his left wearing sunglasses. Now i dont know about people in 1962, but it's kinda hard to see in a semi-dimly lit casino with sunglasses on, especailly if you are playing cards and there are smokers around you.
Another mistake on Dr. No that i found is:
When Bond and Quarrel are shooting at the "dragon" the soundaffects of the bullets bouncing off the metal don't match with when the guns are fired...interesting

I have to fix a mistake lots of people said. In TWINE everybody said that when Bond fired the torpedoes they came from the same slot. This is true but just pause the screen when you see the first missile loaded in. You will notice that there are two missiles in that hatch and therefore can be fired from the same slot.

I noticed that OHMSS bomb one but then thought of a 'plausible' explanation for it.
Fuses and explosives are located around Piz Gloria. They are all connected to one timer/detonator. Therefore when the timer reaches 0 the 'signal' has to be transmitted from the detonator to all the points before the explosives explode. This would account for the delay.
Also when Tracey is shot, the bullet hole in the glass is right infront of her head. Irma shot when the car was driving side by side so the bullet would of either gone through the side window. Irma must have curving bullets!

Perhaps Tracey was really shot by the gunmen that killed JFK. Lee Harvey Oswald was supposed to be shooting from a building that was behind Kennedy, yet as the bullet struck, Kennedy's head reeled backwards in the direction that Oswald was supposed to be in suggesting he had been hit from another angle.
Maybe there was a secret second gunman in Tracey's murder too??

In Thunderball Blofeld issues instructions for the where the ransom is to be dropped off. He orders that the diamonds be dropped off in the Mergui Archipelago, which is off the west coast of Myanmar. Then he says the latitude and longitude where the diamonds are to be dropped off. This point is nowhere near the Mergui Archipelago.
This is one of the worst mistakes, as it could have been easily prevented if someone could be bothered to open an atlas.
FYEO - the attack of Kristatos' dock with the mines occurs at night, or dawn at best. But when Bond chases the Merc up the stone steps and emerges at the top, it's broad daylight.
NSNA - Bond returns from the casino in Nice and it must be still night time, but once he chases Fatima Blush it's daytime again.

OHMSS:
Bond goes to the Piz Gloria Alpine room at 7pm. He has dinner and talks about heraldry and the sun is only just setting outside. Given that its set near to Christmas it would not be light that late in Switzerland. I think these scenes were filmed in spring- that would explain it. There seems to be perpetual twilight in OHMSS. I know the sun sets later on high altitude but still.

Perpetual twilight/daylight here too. Madga rises at dawn (you see the light outside) but Bond's watch says 10.12am! Maybe in Iceland in winter but not in India!
In From Russia With Love, when Bond leans against the rocks to shoot the helicopter, he has a hat. But at one point the hat falls behind him. After he distroys the helicopter and returns to the car, he still doesn't have his hat. So Bond just leaves hats randomly?
I'm not sure if this would be a spoiler, so i'll just say that if you haven't seen DAD then maybe you shouldn't read this post,k?

Connery was woeful in DAF and NSNA. Thank god Moore was there to grow the series.

In Die Another Day, just before Jinx does a backflip off the cliff, she takes off her pink-maroon dress/robe thing and drops it onto the cliff peak. When Bond and the two security (or police) people run up to the edge of the cliff the dress/robe is gone. It didn't fall or we would have seen it in the shot of Jinx as she dives into the water, and you saw it fall onto the ground, therefor she did not bring it with her.
