Here we have to go to school from when we are 4-16 years old, then once we have completed our GCSE's at the end of Year 11 (5th year of secondary school), we are basically given several options. You can either carry on with full time education (ala sixth form), move onto college, go straight into a part-time job or if your really lazy, just leave school and do nothing.

I wish I had some clue what I wanted to do in life and how to approach it. Well, I know what I'd like to do, but getting there is another thing entirely. I have kept myself open though and have come up with 3 options:

And I'd probably be an artist but I'm cr@p at art. I like looking at fine and well painted paintings.
I've also made a decision today. I'm gonna have my hair cut short. There are several reasons for this:
1. I'd like it short
2. There'd be no more arguing with my mom whether I'll have it up or down
3. It'd take less time to wash and dry every week
4. Take less time to wash and dry on holiday.
I hate it on holiday. You usually go in a pool every day and my hair is thick and long so it takes ages to dry.
My mom seems OK with it too. That being she hasn't said no. But she hasn't exactly said yes either. I'm sure I can convince her.
1) finish Highschool
2) go to a theatre based collage and get a major in fine arts and a bachelor's in business
3) move to New York City and get an apartment a few blocks outside of the theatre district
4) get a job at the Majestic Theatre as a set hand, usher or handing out playbills
5) marry Colin (I wish) if everything works out XD (this one is a hopefull dream)

I'm pretty certain about what I want to do, although I have quite rapidly changed my mind about it within just the past few years.
Currently however, I'm thinking about studying trade (i.e. plumbing, carpentry, technician etc) when I start college come this September. And am primarily looking at plumbing at the moment, although it wasn't all that long ago when I was so sure that I wanted to become a technician (I did work at a computer shop for my work experience this time last year after all). But yes, plumbing it is.
On a completey different note, was watching the classic Dave Allen over my grans tonight. And I have to say, even though I've seen him somewhere before, great comedian. Makes so many daft yet hilarious jokes about various topics which are in fact very close to my heart, such as Ireland or the Roman Catholic Church. Speaking of which, it was quite funny in church this evening. Father John (our usual priest) is away this week and next week, so we have our previous Parish Priest, Canon O'Donnell, doing mass instead. As you may've assumed, the poor man is getting on a bit now (he's 85 in April), so he was actually forgetting parts of the mass and his speech was a bit jittery. Bless. It did make the mass seem a bit longer than usual this week. But I enjoyed it none-the-less. )

I want to own some sort of company in the future. I'll go to college (ooh, correct spelling! lol) and major in economics and perhaps second in oriental languages because it will be helpful in business and because 007 did it.

It's not just performers. I know EXACTLY how you feel...I have a love/hate relationships with the sets that I build. They usually look cool, but are a pain in the butt to make in the first place. This is why everyone looks forward to strike...then we attack the sets with power tools and sledge hammers...except the bits we need/want to keep...^___^
lol...well, I learned a few moths ago that Boulder is indeed called "the people's republic of Boulder" it made me laugh! tehehe Boulder is cityish, but I want the BIG city...

Was off school again today. I was Monday and Tuesday last week too. I went in the morning, had my first 3 lessons then felt sick anad my dad picked me up.
My mom got peed off though. My brother was off too today and I've lost track of how much time I've had off just this school year! )
I didn't feel incredibily bad, but then I thought about the fact that we had French next and I could have collapsed.
School just seems so boring to me at the moment. I'm certainly not enjoying anything whatsoever and I don't feel as though I'm learning anything.
The weekends are boring too. My mom gets annoyed if I just sit watching TV all day. I don't really want to go into town with my mates cus I'm trying to save a lot of money.
So I thought about a sleepover. It's something that has to be though about well in advance and then has to be planned and I'd have something to look forward to then. I asked my mom about it at the beginning of January and she said she'd see at the end. But it's nearing the end now and she's being really shady about it.

Well, say your prayers for me people. After having done my Maths resit this morning (which I hopefully did quite well in seeing as most of it was relatively easy), I have my Leisure & Tourism one tommorow. Although whether or not I've prepared for it enough tonight I don't know, but hopefully I'll manage to keep it all in my head until tommorow morning none-the-less.

I'm annoyed. I was supposed to go to a Harvard Club Breakfast tomorrow morning, but since my Math test is actually a two day test, I can't, as I have it first period. That sucks, I was pretty excited.
Ever stop to wonder...how many children do you think James Bond has? My friends and I were playing Goldeneye (N64) today, and I wondered out loud, and they started wondering too. What do you gys think?

In the books he has one, with Kissy in YOLT. In the movies... hmm... I have no idea, but do you really think that every one who has had a child with him wouldn't tell him about it, if indeed he has had lots of them? I doubt it.
I'm always wondering this. I mean, how many times does Bond, on average, end up getting laid in each film? Twice? And at least some of these birds are bound to have given birth to a baby son or daughter for him, no?

I watched my tape of Life on Mras from last night. My mate told me about it and I thought it was great. It's just really peed me off now that I missed the first two episodes.
It's about this cop and he's stuck in 1973. He doesn't know if he's in a coma, a time traveller or just plain insane. ) It's dead funny though too.
His boss doesn't really believe in forensics and just goes on gut instinct. ) And he gets annoyed using tape recorders for interviews. )
My mate told me that in another episode they guy (Sam) saidsummet like,
"Hard day. But at least when it's over I can just sit back and watch some TV. WHAT! No TV! Oh c'mon!"

I can't wait till next week, it is so amazing.

It's not just performers. I know EXACTLY how you feel...I have a love/hate relationships with the sets that I build. They usually look cool, but are a pain in the butt to make in the first place.
