Kill Bill! Or Star Wars 3. I watch Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind the other day, it was very good, but very strange! The majority of the film happens over one night, inside Jim Carrey's head.

I've been busy and have now finally found the time to come here.
Yesterday, my English teacher made her decision that I was a rebel. ) I never exactly thought of my self as a rebel but I suppose I am a bit. I chew gum in all my lessons, as well handing it out to all my mates. Then in all my books I've [urposely made a load of ink splodges with my fountainpen and drawn lots of random stuff. ie Daleks, TARDIS's and lots or random smiley faces. )
My Maths and Art teachers kind of think the same. My Maths teacher absolutely hates people chewing gum cause we're in the new Maths room.
Well on a happy note, I've been invited to a sleepover. We're gonna film Goldfinger! ) Stunts filmed on my mates trampoline and I get to play Goldfinger and Oddjob!
on the note of films. I've seen eternal sunshine mutliple times, and it's a really good film. I like it much better after I studied it in Film Lit. If you haven't already, see Pieces of April and Amile. On the side of funny movies, go rent Best in Show, A Mighty Wind (those two are the exact same cast of actors), Connie and Carla, and a more somber one, Tortilla Soup. ^_^ have fun!
Closer is moving up my list of favorite movies... maybe because of my situation - who knows, haha
but it is a very good movie

I don't watch movies that often. But my mate has asked me to bring Goldfinger to the sleepover so I'll watch that.
I also think I'm becoming quite addicted to Life on Mars. I think I'll change my avatar now.
Relax darling, I'm on top of the situation -{

That movie is actually pretty good. I mean, it gets a little bit weird at some points, a little too crass for my tastes, but hey, that is the point.
And Natalie Portman... WOW! {[]
I can't help but feel sorry for Jude Law's character at the end. He really got the short end of the stick.

yeah, at first it seems like Jude Law's character does get the shaft -- but when you think about it, he was one of the ones who did the most betraying... especially with julia roberts
It has Jude Law in it as well. It is and awsome movie set in the future. Very hard to explain though. WE watched it in Biology last year when we were studying DNA. Makes sense with the title.
So, in Jurassic Park why didn't they just use the "Licing Contingency"? I've never understood that part!
I've also just noticed a screaming gramatical error in my original post, well the note I added when this became "Random Chat!", I'll correct that in a second!
You know it's really hard to talk to a girl (you know what I mean) on MSN when all she gives is 1 word responses! Most annoying!

I can totally relate to that. There's this girl whom I only know from chat, and sometimes he asks me: "Hello". I say "Hello" too. Than she'll say: "What's up?" I say "I'm working" and she says "I see". And this basically brings the conversation to a deadlock! Sometimes I ask back what she does and she says "Nothing". And that's it. And internet relationships are my only hope to ever find a lady!

well im sure it must be hard to type with your paws, Cat. But don't fret - you'll find a nice female cat that hasn't been fixed yet.
on a more serious note - yeah, I know exactly what you guys mean - thats why I tend to be more random and change things up when I am talking on-line, when they ask you what your doing - say something that will spark conversation, even if its a lie... i.e. - watching _____ movie... then have u seen it, etc. idk, i find it works more often than not

Well, try with someone else. I'd have to admit that I as a male get rather tough feedback from girls for answering every possible question with one or two words. It's just always difficult to figure out anything interesting to talk about even in a live encounter.
haven't seen that one yet. I heard it was horrible from some friends of mine. maybe I'll just have to see for myself.
Being female, I try to give longer answers on IMs when talking to guys. I hate one word responses. Except if it's Keegan. we know what the other is thinking anyway (we're conjoined at the hip...he's my best friend)
Well Kill Bill is a bit of a boys film, I even squirm at times I have to admit. Well it's one time: when she's slamming the Dr's head in the door, I find that a bit, you know! As long as you don't have a problem with blood, there's a lot of it, you'll be ok! Kill Bill 1 is a load of fantastic fights, with a bit of (good) dialogue making up a story, Kill Bill 2 is a fantastic story with brilliantly written dialogue, and a few amazing fights. Then one, rather anticlimactic one at the end! But in both films the directing is superb, Tarantino sure does know what he's doing!

I'm having problems. I think I'm gonna run out of paper before I print the whole Goldfinger script off! ) My mates'll have to try and print the rest. I'm highlighting the stuff we're gonna say and the actions we're gonna use. It's really hard work but it's gonna be worth it in the end I know.
Speaking of recently seen films I think I'll stick on Mr & Mrs Smith tonight. Have had it on DVD since Christmas, but still haven't bothered making the effort to sit down and watch it as of yet. Has anyone else here seen it?

No but I saw the adverts when it was on at the cinema and it looked amazing. I've heard some great stuff about it too.

I wouldn't expect to be riveted, because it seems like a pure popcorn movie, but if you're into action action action, it looks like the hting for you. I haven't seen it, but I heard that while it isn't a great movie, it is fun to watch.
I saw it in theaters. It's not bad, but there is a WHOLE load of senseless violence.
I have no problem with blood, never have. I'm more boyish than most of the girls I know, so a "boy's movie" won't bother me. I'll have to go rent it.

All night I've been talking to this girl who's adi I found on this site. It great. We've had to use translators though cus she doesn't speak good english and my spanish is cr@p. ) She lives in Peru and wants to marry Paul McCartney. We've been talking about Beatles and Bond all night and exchanging photos of them and each other.
And this morning I was having webcam with this boy I met here, on 'the return of Doctor Who' forum. He lives in Australia!
