But some mates and I are skiving off in the last week. And in the second to last. 3 days in total. First Sports Day which I've handed in a holiday form for cus my mom knows it's terribily organised and I hated it last year - everyone did. Then there's these 2 cr@ppy activity days we have in the last week. We're all going down for something free but we're not gonna turn up. It' badly organised too so when in my activity there's over 80 people they won't notice that much if a couple are ill. )
Great for us though as no one's skived off most of the year Just an end of year revnege against our teachers - ooh - and I'm bringing in my fart gas again. I wonder who will be the unlucky teacher and pupil this year. :v ) I think I might test my itching powder - I've been itching too for ages. ) 8-) yeah ok bad pun )

Oh! Felix...I finally saw that thing you wanted from Dr. Who looked like...Daelek or however you spell it. We were in a comic shop yesterday when I saw them. There was also this 12" colectable doll of The Silent Movie Phantom of the Opera. I REALLY wanted it, but it was 42ish dollars. I have the money, but I need it for other stuff. I was sooo sad...cuz man was that doll cool *sigh*

oi, Felix! most I've spent on ebay would be about 45 dollars. heck, thats ALL I've ever spent on ebay. I hope I have the chance to go on an exchange at somepoint in my life...dunno when though.
The most I spent was ooooooh. $25 on all of the Bond films. I'm not much of a eBay person, but fear not felix. My cousin has spent thousands of dollars on that site. The trick is buying an item, then selling it again.

Tragically I'm not much better; except it's with buying autographs.
At the London Film and Comic Con yesterday, I spent the equivalent of $750 on them! Sure, I got to meet Elijah Wood, Carrie Fisher, Maggie Grace, Nathan Fillion and a whole host of others -- but it's an extremely expensive hobby. The majority of it, however, went on an amazing Grace Kelly autograph -- something I hadn't seen before and HAD to get.
Hopefully I'll be cured of this addiction!

I think it's a wonderful addiction Gerneral. ) I'd love to be able to afford to have it. ) I'm hoping I'll be able to in a few years time when I actually have a nice amount of money coming in.
I have a small autogrpah collection. And of little value. I think my most valuable one is probably my John Tranvolta one. I was lucky though because my mates dad was on set for Life on Mars as an extra and got me and her both the autographs of John Simm and Philip Glenister. As far as I know they have no real money value - but to me and her a lot of emotional value.
Just wondering - did anyone on this side of the pond see Life on Mars earlier in the year? I thought it was very good myself.
at the moment, I have 3 actor autographs. Gerard Butler, Micheal Crawford and Gary Mauer. I'm looking to get Hugh Panaro soon. See, I find, that if you write to the person, they usually write back...with an autograph if you ask for it. Or, these guys could just be different, who knows! I have some others, but you guys might not know who they are. I have Frank DellaPenna (amazing musician), All of the band Flogging Molly (twice!) and some baseball players from my home team. When I got back to Ren Fest, I'm hoping to get Puke and Snot to sign something, and Terry Foy as well. we'll see though. those three men are HILARIOUS!

Just randomy...Right before Friends last night the announcer said something like:
"They've played in the World Cup and Americans still think throwing a giant Rugby ball to each other whilst wearing crash helmets is football," ) ) ) Am I right that Americans are the only country in the world who don't - by translation - call football football? I'd love to know how that hapenned. ) Just seems weird that you guys ended up with calling it soccer and having your other game as football.
I know...I have no idea how it happened. I still call "soccer" football most of the time...it just makes more sense...and for the record, I think American Football is the stupidest thing on the planet (sorry fans, I think it's pointless...feel free to defend). run three yards, fall down, pile up 8-) (in the words of Stanley Tucci).

It was on a lot when I was on holiday in Florida - they had a TV in the reception and in the restaurant. It really just does seem so weird. But then I don't like normal football that much either - I prefer Rugby. It's far more interesting all my mates agreed.
And today I've decided I want a Nintendo DS - preferably the new lite one. My mates' having one for her birthday and now I've decided I want one. But I've got another mate that might sell me his normal one for £40. He says he's got bored of it and if no one can give him a better offer in the next week, it's mine for that £40 - and he might throw in a game. He's selling a load of his games for on different stuff for around a tenner each. i wish I'd done that now cus the shops gave me hardly anything for them. I'd have got Mike (my mate) to seel them for me though cus he's really good at it. )
Last year he used to buy about 3 bags of chips at school for 75p each, then seel them for £3 each. ) Our lunch queue's always huge so everyone just got them off Mike. ) He evn once sold his sandwiches. )
well, I for one am very happy with the world cup played out. I'm not happy, though, that it came down to PKs...always a down side...ITALY! YAY!
and I'm deff. disapointed with Zidane...he's a bit of an @$$, isn't he? I mean, what could that Italian player said to **** him off that much? A head butt..eesh...a bit harsh...

I saw something about it today in the paper. But then I got distracted by my mate belting out the Beatles from a book she had. )
I had my john Lennon presentation today. It went great and I didn't really want to end on the negative note of his death so I played Imagine instead. Everyone (even the weirdos I don't usually talk to) said it was wicked.
I had to take my own CD player in though and when I went to collect it from my teacher's office at the end of the say - it was locked! X-( Man that's gonna even more annoy me later. X-(
