My mom has got us a copy of Casino Royale. I'm not sure how to react. Me and my brother had an argument with her about not wanting anything that was a copy for a Christmas, but this is Casino Royale and I can't really just not watch it. But I'm still gonna get da proper version when it comes out.
Yesterday took a long shopping trip into town and got some pressies for my mates. I went with my mate but she had to go after a while and I was left to finish my shopping, already laden with heavy bags lol. ) Then when I went to the bus stop found I'd missed my bus by 15 mins and they were only every hour. But then luckily a special one came after only 20 mins.
I have become slightly obsessed with a programme 'Goodnight Sweetheart. I brough seris 1 last weekend and this weeekend got series 2 & 3, but now have already watched all of series 1 & 2. )
It's about this guy who's leading a double life. One in the present (199-whatever year depending on the series) and one in the past (194-whatever depending on the series). It's really good and the only one who knows about it is his best mate Ron. Ron got him all the right papers and stuff. Man I am so obsessed it's annoying. )
I don't understand how he can live 2 lives in different times?!

Well he spends part of his time in one time and the rest in another. He tells his wife in the present that he has to go away on business so that he can spend a few nights in the past. And then does the same with Pheobe in the past, telling her basically that he's a secret agent off doing missions and things. )
But he doesn't always alternate between spending whole nights in the times. Most the time he just goes to the past for a few hours and him and Pheobe doing... things. )
Lol, riiiiight! Some sort of time travel then. It's evil i tells ya, EEEEVIIIL!
Well I've discovered the wonders of my college big band and jazz band, I'm now an aspiring professional trumpet player! So watch out for me being famous in a few years :007)

On the news all week there's been about this Ipswich ripper and like 5 prostitues have been murdered and raped now. It's really worrying and I feel so sorry for the people living round there cus they all seem so scared to go out at all.
Meanwhile it was funny in English today cus we were making these poems and my mate Mike bought in a guitar of his Grandad's and was playing it whilst this guy Rob was singing. Everyone was going "we couldnt hear the words!" and Mike was just like "yeah it's great!" ) Then he got well annoyed in Art cus this guy said heavy metal was crap and then I said I agreed with Mike. I kinda like heavy metal but not all of it and I was really just agreeing with Mike cus I like him lots.

why yes, Jedi, I do play. 7 and a half years now...Dunno if I'll take it any further (in a band) than this year, but that doesn't mean I'll stop playing by myself. when I got my Xeno, I could hardly stand the weight, but I'm very used to it now...!!
as for finals, mine are in a few weeks. I get all of break to let all the knowlage slip out my ears, then cram it back in the day before I go back to school. good times.
You have a Xeno? Fancy stuff! What are they like to blow? I like Yamahas they tend to be quite smooth and easy (i do know what I'm talking about honest)!
I recently bought a Flugel on Ebay, its really nice and only £80! ;%

XD I belive you. They're trememdouly nice horns (Xenos), and passing my air couldn't be easier, 'cept when(like any horn) it's cold. I still have no idea how I got my dad to buy it (one of the most expensive horns in the shop) for me. I do love the soud of any brass instrument, but I've recently become taken with the Basson. such pretty low notes!
Ah yes I know what you mean, a lovely instrument it is! Well if you could remember how you managed to persuade your dad it could be helpful, as I could try similar tactics on my lovely father!

well its my turn to spend Christmas with the in-laws this year, which means four days freezing my plums off in Buxton and, as it's my birthday on the 27th I'm not going to be able to go for a pint with the lads or even take the missus out for a meal
Doing a gift exchange with my friends at school tomorrow (we're off for two weeks starting wednesday), buying Flogging Molly concert tix (which I ment to do today T.T) and hanging out with the family here in Colorado. Should be fun. OH. and on new years, I'm haning out with my friends Vocal and Lelah, and I'm corrupting Vocal who hasn't seen ANY Bond movies...should prove to be an interesting night. ^_^
And Jedi, I think I just adopted a very pathetic look on my face, and promised to do the yard work (which was no where NEAR time enough to pay it off,) but I'm not complaining!
and yes, C_Walk, you should ship that off to Pinewood...who knows, they may need it!

My hols have started now. Thursday I spent the day with my dad who again managed to finish earlier than me lol. ) Yesterday I watched TV all day lol and then today im ill. I woke up this morning feeling terrible so I've spent the day in bed watching TV. But now I'm feeling a bit better so I decided to come on the computer.
Christmas day we look set to have my mate and her mom - her step dad has walked out and so my mom feels we should ask them to come. I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to it really. I went down on Wednesday night and me and her have nothing in common. We used to be best mates but as we've got into our teenage years we've both changed a lot. The thing is that our parents haven't and so they're still mates and expect us to be too. I'd rather she went off with my brother. They have a larger age gap but get on more.
New Years Eve we're off to my aunt and uncles. not exactly thrilling as they're a bit tight. My cousin isn't too bad but my other one is only seven and I'm really not into watching Disney.
well - my finals are over -i only had two and i think i did well in them...
granted one was for "The Art of Film" which ended up being a class where we watched GOD AWFUL foreign films once a week... and well it basically sucked... esp since a majority of them were in black and white and poor quality...
but we did watch some good movies... like The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance and Do the Right Thing... other than that - nothing was really too notable (oh we also watched The Lady from Shanghi)
I watched Equilibrium the other day, it's surprisingly good! If you like Matrix style action and wooden acting (ok it had to be wooden because emotions were banned (yeah I know good excuse))!
I went to see <i>The Holiday</i> in the cinema, it was also surprisingly good! I thoroughly enjoyed it!
One of the trailers was for a film called Evan Almighty, I want to see that! It's about Evan Backster from Bruce Almighty and God (played by the ever fantastic Morgan Freeman) asks him to build an ark! Gotta see that!

its been quite a long time since I posted here *but i do check in from time to time*
anyways.. just wanted to share this inncodent with a few bond fans who would appreciate it
so i was driving with a female friend of mine... well she was driving - and was pretty crazy, goin fast, etc
and i guess i had a nervous look on my face so she goes "what? getting nervous?"
and i said "its not that I dont like to be driven, just some men dont like to be taken for a ride"
hahhaha - i just wanted to share that - it was perfect delievry timing, lol

I don't have 'finals' but I do have a maths exam the week after I get back
I managed to get a good B in the mock though, so with a bit of revision... fingers crossed for me guys {[] (cheers)
