My ex math teacher did a similar thing to me. He saw me reading a Bond book before class one day and made me go up in front of the room and recite the order of films, actors and years. It was fun to see my classmates' faces. jaws on desks all around, including Mr. Snook's. He never bothered me again about my obsession, he knew he'd get trumped in trivia by your's truly. Ahh good ol' Snook. put a stop to all the kids who felt they knew Bond better than me chalenging me to trivia wars.
I'm still going to write a letter to the jeopardy clue crew...just so they're set straight before other Bond fans find out and make fun of them. 8-)

Hahahah - i do that too, when people dont believe im as big of a bond fan as i say - i then rattle off the films in order, and the year and the actor who played bond... everyone then shuts up thank god lol
Based on the amount of time I talk about Bond and the amount of time I spend on this web site, all of my family and friends know that I am a huge Bond fan. -{

yay! people! I've heard of Snow Patrol, C_Walk...but I must say that I don't really listen to them. Now, on the other hand, I get to see Flogging Molly on the 26th. Dinner with them before hand (at a local Irish pub, none the less) and then a rockin' concert at a local theatre. CAN'T WAIT! hope youget tix though, C_Walk...concerts are sooo fun!

WOOOOOOO SNOW PATROL! Yes I listen to them - not much but I do. At the moment I've been listening more to The Kooks and The Fratellis.
Alright alright I'm here calm down! I was going to go and see the Moscow Stat Symphony Orchestra at a local theatre but my mum never gave me money for the tickets lol!
Someday I'm going to see this man in concert: http://www.waynebergeron.com/wbfs.html
Wayne Bergeron, he's probably the busiest trumpeter in LA, he does all kindsa crap!

I watched a bit of that before - they had some cracking people on it. We don't have Pop Idol here anymore, we just have X Factor instead - still with Simon Cowell though.
On another note... SNOW DAY!!!!!!!!!!! For any UKers you're a bit dim if you haven't noticed all the snow and the fact that most the schools are closed. And I'm just over the moon because I've never had a snow day in all my life and it was about time!
American Idol/X-Factor are only worth watching for the ridiculously bad people. Otherwise it's boring. The Snow is probably the most I have seen since I was 1. Still have to go and work though.
Man, I grew up with at least three snow days a year! AS for AI, I really only watch it to observe Simon and Paula flirting, because they really do love each other, and won't admit it...:x
congrats on your snow day, Felix!

And what a great snow day it was.
Now we have half term and I'm phoning round people tryna make plans so I wont get bored but they all seem to be busy or out. I'll get them in the evening. :v I'll call them at 3am if I have to but I'll get them! :v )
The snow day was fun, even though I came into college!
Anybody got a valentines day date? I have but she's in Italy skiing ('salright for some eh)! but to be honest it's probably a good thing cos Id be scared of having a date on valentines day! )
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice and everyone dies.
oh pshaw. I would give anything to have a date today...my love is at college...and he knows hes my love, but hasn't done anything about it...*tear* enjoy the day, everyone!
I don't really celebrate Valentines Day, but I did have a small dinner with my GF, which was nice. Although both of us are romantic, neither of us buy into Valentines Day. Nonetheless, we did decide to make a bit of an exception this year by having dinner, although we didn't exchange gifts or cards.

I think people purposely go out if they think I'm gonna call lol. And when I do get hold of them, they always have some excuse.
But tomorrow I'm out at least and Friday we're all going out for my nan's birthday. Then I'm gonna arrange something for Saturday.
I'm thinking of going to town with some mates. But whenever we do we do it so that like my mom picks up and one of their mom brings us back or something. It's nice but I'd rather we didn't do it like that because itmeans we have to pick a specific time for which we have to leave and I don't want to do that. I just want to go home when I feel like it. I'd rather we each made our own way home cus sometimes I like to go a few places on my own before catching the bus back.
Though I did already go shopping yesterday. My mom brought me some clothes - she'll always buy me clothes - because I needed something to wear for next weekend when we're going out for a meal with lodas of people, to celebrate my nan and grandpa's 80ths. I got some nice stuff which was great cus we only had to go to a couple of stores to find em.
nice. I've got a glorious four day weekend this weekend, and I may get to spend some time with Colin...which hasn't happened in AGES...*sigh* It's snowing again...soooo annoying!

Nice.
So I'm back at school tomorrow. But never mind.
I was really interested in the documentary I saw today on Michael J. Fox. I missed the first hour of it but the second hours was great. It was telling you all about his Parkinsons Disease and I was really shocked about how everyone seemed to react to it.
They all seemed to act as if it meant he'd be dead within the next few years! When I know that's not true, because my Grandad was diagnosed with it when he was in his early 40s and next month he's 80! I could understand why they were concerned because it does affect a person quite badly as the condition deteriates. But it's not the end and not many people can continue doing as many physical things as they get older. As long as the person takes their medication, they'll be ok for the most part and I just think a lot of the people on the show were a bit over the top about it.
I am happy though that Michael J. Fox started his Parkinsons foundation, as there is currently no cure and for some people the disease can be very painful to suffer with. He's well known so people will look up when they hear his name mentioned along side it. And that's good because not many people know much about the disease.

Oh wicked icon Pen!
I dunno if any of you have seen Life on Mars? But I think it's great and so I'm now starting to write my own time travel story. It's gonna be similar to Life on Mars, but with quite a lot of differences too. But I'm not really bothered about the similarities because I'm only planning on writing it for my own enjoyment at the moment.
I love writing fan fics for my own enjoyment. they usualy involve me and sometimes one or more of my friends. Like, right now, Im writing a Tomb Raider fiction, in which Doug (carver *some number* from here) and I go adventuring with Alex West. rather amusing, really. It's grand fun to put one's self in silly stories. Have fun with your Mars one...never heard of the show, but I bet it's great!

Mrs. Loeffelholz and I just returned from a fabulous anniversary lunch at Red Lobster
(Yes, today is my 13th anniversary of our wedding day---which is a bit deceiving, since we lived together for 7 1/2 years before we got married, so technically we've been together since early September 1986...)
I had snow crab legs for an appetizer...garden salad with French dressing...the Ultimate Feast (another half-pound of crab legs with garlic butter dipping sauce, a lobster tail, fried shrimp, shrimp scampi and rice pilaf...and the biggest frozen margarita they serve :007)
I feel like Marlon Brando ) The only thing missing is a beach in somewhere in Fiji...

I am pleased that your anniversary lunch was such a resounding success. So successful that you now feel like Marlon Brando......considerably overweight and bloated?

Thanks, mate {[] I certainly feel like Brando at the moment---rarely do I consume such a copious amount of food in a single sitting---but I had the day off, and these posts are as productive as I'm likely to be all day ;% ...so, why not?
