He's quite funny introducing funny video clips, But his stand up stuff

On the subject of British comedys, Having seen "Kind Hearts and Coronets "
many times ( Infact it's on BBC2 NOW ) I'm suprised no Comedian has
made a remake of it, with many characters played by one actor. I'd have
thought the likes of Steve Coogan would have jumped at it.

In an episode of The Persuaders entitled 'A Death in the Family' Roger Moore played numerous members of the Sinclair family. I think (but am not certain) it was a direct homage to Kind Hearts and Coronets.

If you don't know, it is the logo for the original b&w series of The Saint.
I am certainly not an expert on the show but I do love it and have always been fond of the logo. I have had the idea of getting it tattooed for several years. I spent a lot of time comparing the different logos and thinking about the size. I was quite busy in the first few months of this year but finally got round to having it done. I was quite conscious about having it in a location that would enable me to show it off but also to easily cover it if I needed to, for work say.
I have had several ear piercings, regularly get my legs waxed and play rugby so I consider my pain threshold to be fairly high, yet the pain was still a tad bit more than I expected! Fortunately it only took about 15 minutes.
At the moment I am not sure whether I would like anymore. I have a couple of ideas, including the 007 logo, but am conscious about how they will look in 40+ years time. I like this because it is only a small line drawing and if I do want it removed when I'm older, I'm told black is the easiest to get rid of.
My parents have no idea about it. A few days before I first left for university my mother told me "If you have sex, you could die" and then "do not get a tattoo". As I returned home in my first year with extra piercings at both Christmas and Easter they sighed (well actually my mother recoiled in horror the first time) but accepted them, adding "but please don't get a tattoo". I never said I wouldn't and tried to hint but I don't think they ever believed I would.
I used to laugh at an older work colleague because I thought it was ridiculous that at 23 she was afraid to tell her dad about her first tattoo. I am nearly 20 and realised that there is never an age when it is going to be alright to tell my parents. The plan is to tell them the next time I see them, which will be on my birthday. They won't have seen me for a couple of months and being my birthday, I am hoping they won't go too mental. They will only be here for the day and will then have a month to get used to it before I come home for summer. Here's hoping anyway...
