Today I decided to clean the glass tv stand that micro has decorated with various bits of food, crayon and other assorted crud. On getting a wet wipe and tackling most of the detritus, one bit just wouldn't shift.

I got another wipe, some pledge, window cleaner and attacked the damn gunk with as much vigorous gusto as an Olympic level power-****.

    Still the goo wouldn't shift.

It was at this stage that on closer inspection it would appear micro's doings are on the underside of the glass.

    Facepalm.

Replace the HDD with an SSD and you'll be blown away about the new speed of your computer.

Defragmenting for over 3 days sounds a little long - hope that you have a backup?

IMSI-Catchers found in the government quarter in Oslo.
I would be very interested hoiw that turns out.

IMSI-catchers are very expensive and simulate a mobile communication station - so it's pretty easy to catch mobile communications around these stations.

And next question is, when and where other IMSI catchers will be found next :v

What's especially disturbing is that this illegal surveilance wasn't discovered by our vigeliant police, but by journalists.
The Secret Service (PST - I kid you not. Earlier they were named POT :)) ) only bothered sweeping the areas near important building before "important meetings".The journalists came up With the idea to sweep the entire capital. Every square foot in the city centre was covered by illegal mobile phone listening devices. IMSI-catchers are small and portable, so they are probably gone now.

I had to look up Pillicock and it turns out the word comes from Norwegian :))

I talk to my old teachers quite often. They are my parents, their neighbour and their friends :D
Very decent people all of them.

The Education System in England and Wales gives us some Resentment towards a lot of our Teachers. Uniforms, too much Pressure in Exams, etc.

Even though there were a couple of Teachers who stopped me from committing Suicide when I was 14. The Bullying from other Students got too much.

Is corporal punishment still legal for teachers in Britain?
  • AlphaOmegaSinAlphaOmegaSin EnglandPosts: 10,926MI6 Agent
No. If a Teacher lays one Finger on a Student, then normally they will face Prosecution from the Parents and Police.
