I was watching the news this morning, The item they showed was the forth coming marching season in Northern Ireland .The guys out there were building some magnificent structures out of wood ect (big bonfires) some where 4 stories high ,I would imagine the heat coming of that would be like the sun .All the local community were dragging wood ,pallets up the streets to build these huge towering infernos ,I did chuckle to myself at the thought of the Thunderpussy household ( "Gerry have you seen the side board ?") ) )
The fires are so big in a few places, nearby houses have to have their windows
Boarded up and water hosed on to them. it's like the old saying .....

I visited the town of Ålesund today to see the ships of the Tall Ships Race today. Over 50 large sailling ships in a art nevoux town by the coast, including the largest sail ships in the world! Great day, even if it was raining.
