I'll be going next Wednesday as well. I've been looking forward to it for ages. Though I'd have prefered to go during term time. Places are far less crowded then, as I've discovered on previous holidays. We went to Florida during term time last year. It was great. The parks were always so empty.
This year we're going to Cyprus and all I can think about is how many of the UKTV Gold Doctor Who episodes I'm going to miss. How lame is that? For the first time I'm going somewhere where they don't speak Spainsh, and all I can think about is that! ) Anyway, I'll forget about it soon, as the time draws nearer, and I've almost sorted out the problem with a little help from ebay!
Today my brother had to go to work with my mom at about 8:30. So I got to stay at home. I slept in bed until 11:30! I found the Pink Panther video my dad spent so long looking for (he really should of had his glasses on! ) ) and I watched that while I ate Lunch. I swear I think I'll die laughing watching one of those movies! I really want to see some more.
So where are you going off to Jedi?
Avignon, south of France. Should be good, hired a villa with another family (friends of ours, not just some random family!), private pool and all that stuff! Should be great!
So Felix is Spanish your first language? If so you speak English well! And if not what did you mean by that remark about Spanish speaking places!?

No I'm all English. But every year when we go abroad, we go somewhere where the people speak Spanish. Or at least some of them do.
We've been to Majorca, Menorca, Main Island Spain and Florida. All the cab drivers and mini bus drivers there spoke Spanish as well as most of the people working at the hotels.
So with all these Spanish people, my Spanish has become rather good. Some of it's been forgotten, but most has remained. Pity we don't learn it at school. I'd be great!
uggg, I hate my spanish class at school....soooo dull. I'm in spanish 3, and dang...it's soooo hard! I can't stand all the new tenses I have to learn. *sigh* I turn 17 on the 2nd!

argh!! I can't believe Im going to be a senior this year! I dont even feel like I have enter high school yet! I still feel like im a goofy 13 year old just entering the stages of teenageism. LOL. but It is a little scary to sit down and think I'm going to be leaving home in a couple years. snif...snif...mummy...daddy. Awe screw it, bring it on world!

Has anyone heard the Kanye West song which samples Shirley Bassey's Diamonds are Forever?
I have indeed, heard it a few weeks ago. Well if you are going to use it for a rap song, then the artist hasn't done too bad really, but at least he's brought Diamonds Are Forever to the attention of many music fans. Maybe this will add a few people to the Bond fan base!

I saw for the second time last night with a bunch of my pals. ^^ go see it...Sean Bean is as evil as evil can be, and a bit of Trevalyan comes out near the end, I laughed when I saw it. ^^
I heard The Island wasn't very good, but any movie with Sean Bean is a must. He's such a great actor, who sadly is typecasted as the villain in every movie. Thankfully, "Troy" changed that when he played Odysseus.
But I heard a rumor that he's making a movie where he's the good guy....

Anyway... I'm over the moon today! Last night I won the Trial of a Timelord, Doctor Who boxed set I'd been bidding on. The price increased enourmously during the last 2 days!
Bidding started at 99p and the final price for it is £16.02! Postage is £5, but I made that sacrifice, as I want this to arrive in good condition.
The Trial of a Timelord set consists of 4 different stories; 3 of which are 4 (supposedly) 28 minute episodes and 1 is just 2 episodes.
It's 3 videos in a box with pictures on, which then fit into a TARDIS tin!
It's likely to be posted while on holiday, so as soon as we return I'm getting it from the post office!
This means I'm not going to miss any of the episodes UKTVGold are showing. As I can tape the other two stories on a 4 hour video - if I can find 1 in my house, that my dad will let me tape over. I think we've got about 3, and 2 are mine so I'll see if I can tape over them.
I don't mind the old ones at all. Yesterday when I was watching one I even managed to ignore the bad '80s special effects! My brother isn't as keen on them and only likes the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 9th Doctors.
I'm still so happy!!! )

Hi. If you were a bit confused by my new signature, then it's because I had to shorten it to fit in. Fully, it's like this: The very evil and the very stupid have one thing in common. They don't alter their views to fit the facts. They alter the facts to fit their views. Which can be rather uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that need altering.
The Doctor said it in an episode. I'm not sure which one but I found that quote with another bunch of smart things he's said. Like one guy said: So humans kill lesser species, so I kill them.
the Doctor responded: That's hardly an argument!
Guy: It wasn't meant to be an argument - it was meant to be a statement!
technology screws everything up doesn't Pen. Well school starts in two weeks, I cant tell if Im excited or dreding it. I think Im excited to get back to all my freinds, but am not looking forward to a few of my clases. Pre-Calc and Accounting. BLAH!
Well, school is soon, but the madness has begun. I mentioned a while ago that ESPN went to the high schools with the worst football records, and was going to give the winner a new stadium. So my high school was the winner (or loser because the team plays really bad), but they changed the deal a bit. We get a few new things like uniforms and weight room equiptment, but now we have a reality show too. It's called Bound for Glory and they are going to have Dick Butkis (I think I spelled that right, but he was a pro football player) coming to help coach the team. Anyway, they started the interviewing of people, luckily I was able to dodge out of the scene before they started asking me questions. I have been up at the school every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings to train for the Cross Country season and they always seem to be there.
I dont know if anyone at my school is happy about this, but somebody has to be running the show to have this happening. I would have been much happier with just the stadium, but that seems to be out of the question.
