Everyone else seems to be giving me a warm welcome, too, since they all want me on their teams! Thanks, everybody! It is for that reason that I bring word from myself and my fellow counterpart, Mr. Cat. But first I will explain what the Forum Wars were.
They started sometime around late 2003/early 2004, and basically it was just one thing leading to another. As Sir Donald Munger points out, Moore Not Less insulted the General in saying he was an imposter. Thus, the General countered that with another insult, and it was a chain reaction. Others joined in on the insult-fest, and pretty soon Random Chat (known as "Jedi Master and General Ourumov Chat" way back then) turned into a giant bash-fest.
From what I remember, it pretty much ended when I told everyone that we had insulted each other enough, and that it was time for Forum Peace!
I've been here since July of 2003, and we've had many flame wars in the past, but we've survived them all. If anyone's interested in an ajb007 history lesson, I'll be glad to give one. But really, as long as we can tease each other in a civil manner, we can avoid another Forum War.

Now I shall dispense with the history lessons and whatnot, since I'm here to tell you all that the Coveted Order of White Fur already rules the world and does not need to join anyone to further dominate it.
Foolish humans do not realize that we are in complete control. Just take a look at your feline friend named Miss Fluffy sitting next to you now--you have to take complete care of her. You're waiting on her, hand and foot, while the whole time, you think it's just something you're doing for her. But she knows . . . She knows that she is only making you think that you own her, whereas the reality is that she owns you! But cats are just the tip of the iceberg; humans are ruled by all furry creatures in many ways that I don't have the time to reveal to all of you. . . .
However this little known fact shall soon be revealed to all humans when our plans are fulfilled; in which they will all become our slaves, with myself and the Cat as the co-rulers of the Furry Empire. . . . Even Blofeld didn't see this coming!! Soon, everyone will know the names of The Sly Fox and The Cat, rulers of the Furry Empire and the entire world!!!
Sounds like we need the Powerpuff girls. Anyone see that episode when a cat made all humans act like cats and be slaves to their cats?
Anyway, when choosing sides I must warn you: Remember the words of Master Yoda when asked,

Now, consider how much each party has posted during this so called, 'war'. I am trying to demonstrate to you that MNL and myself have posted recruitment posts least out of all parties. If you are looking for the right and true side to join, you need only to consider the facts.

As I had a bit of time on my hands I decided to track down who made the first EVER insult on the Random Chat Thread. With little surprise, I discovered it was Moore Not Less, who called General_Ourumov an imposter, on page 13!
Well I know I'm going to pick sides very carefully; and pick only an opportune moment to strike someone with an insult!

Yes, General. Monza was a good race. Jenson Button and BAR struggled all weekend (apart from qualifying). Jarno Trulli had one of his better races, a good solid performance.
Kimi Raikkonen must be wondering when his luck is going to change. He's clearly been the quickest driver in the fastest car for the last six or seven races, but McLaren/Mercedes have not given him enough reliability to challenge the very strong Fernando Alonso/Renault combination.
Don't write off Michael Schumacher and Ferrari just yet. It's been a poor season by their very high standards, but I suspect they may well come back strongly next year. But if they don't, Schumacher will almost certainly retire.
Oh I'd never write them off long-term; simply for the rest of the season. No doubt they'll be back next year and very competitive indeed.
