Gary Connery - Stunts - Die Another Day (Gary also appeared as the Queen parachuting into the London Olympics Opening Ceremony with Bond)
What? Are you trying to tell me that that wasn't Her Majesty jumping out of the helicopter? Couldn't be true. Next you'll be telling me that there's no Father Christmas!

There's no Father Christmas!
New Bond guest attending Autographica -
Beatrice Libert - Drax's Girl - Mademoiselle Deradier in Moonraker
Many Thanks to Laurence for kick starting my Bond collection again at Autographica Oct 2012.
New additions that will be posted on my website jamesbondstars.com in the next week (so you can see what they look like now) are:
The delightful Corinne Clery
Kristina Wayborn
Marguerite LeWars
Mary Starvin
Stefan Kalipha
Nadja Regin
Maureen Bennett
Virginia Hey
Grand L Bush
Hoping to meet some stars on the red carpet next Tuesday too.
Forgot to let you know of success at the Skyfall Premiere.
I managed to get Daniel Craig (twice!). Once on a photo. Plus, I took home the hard backed, 6 foot by 3 foot one he did on the billboard in front of us as he came over to us. I certainly had some smiles on the train and bus home too.
Naomie Harris
Ade (from Casino Royale, card player)
Valerie Leon
missed out on Minnie Driver (only noticed when it was too late)
Maryam D'abo was there too, my friends next to me got her autograph (I have met her before at a show)
I was disappointed with the turn out of previous Bond stars at the Premiere. Valerie told me how difficult it was trying to get a ticket.
I can't grumble though as I came home with what I really wanted to have, my 3rd face to face 007 autograph.
Hey everyone -- looks like this thread has been quiet for a while, so I thought I would post a couple of my newest autographs. These were just returned from the wonderful Ms. Jane Seymour, who will graciously sign anything you send to her for a small donation to her charity (which is a great cause, btw). First up is one of the "Lovers" cards from Factory Entertainment's LALD replica tarot cards: http://jaash.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoid=176843456
And next up, also just back from Ms. Seymour is a "Live and Let Die" 8x10 signed by Roger Moore and Guy Hamilton from a couple of the Bondstars.com private signings last year -- I'm very pleased with how it looks with Ms. Seymour's signature added as well: http://jaash.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoid=176842800
And finally, Ms. Seymour also added her signature to a "Bond Girls Are Forever" 8x10 that I already had signed by Lana Wood: http://jaash.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoid=176843090
I'm a little concerned that I have started a project here that I'll never be able to finish!!!
In the vein of AutoGraphica, anyone have an idea what's going on with Memorabilia @ NEC? The site notes there's a show scheduled for November but there's not a single detail ... a little scary for something just a couple months out!
As for autographs themselves, just picked up dual-signed Daliah Lavi and Woody Allen from CR . Oh, and if anyone is interested, that means I have two individually signed of the same image (Noah and the Secret Weapon) available!
Haven`t been on here for a long time, Hi to old friends. What got me writing again was that , as I thought some time ago, that bondcollctibles are selling fakes, oh dear.

It's true, you can sign an autograph of anyone from Bond, say it's real and they'll buy it and then resell it! Also I know someone who sold them a one off autograph, I've seen that one autograph appear about 7 times on their ebay account.

Bond guests so far -
Belle Avery (Kell Tyler) - Linda - The Living Daylights
Thanks for agreeing Mr Saint John Smith, I personally havent sold them anything, BUT I have bought from them, just once, before. Like what was said, they sell far too many rare signatures to be real, in my opinion. Ive lost track how many Emily Bolton signed Bond stills I`ve seen, but ultimately its up to you all if you want to risk it.
I've had recent through the mail successes with Clifton James, Judi Dench and Chaim Topol. In addition, I've met Richard Kiel, Martine Beswicke, and Caroline Munro in the last 2 months.
Thanks TP! It's been a great thrill both to see stars from the Bond series as well as the rush you get when you see that post in your mailbox. A modest collection so far, but I hope for it to grow over the years -{
Is this the start if a collection for you or are you adding to an existing one ?
In terms of autographs, it's a new venture for me. As a kid, I would occasionally buy autographs, but didn't really feel any personal connection with the. Additionally, the cost to buy them can be pretty expensive. So, I never really got into collecting Bond autographs.
Then when checking on this site and others, I saw people's successes with sending post and going to conventions. I am definitely drawn more to that kind of personal interaction. I get a thrill out of sending mail and waiting for & receiving a package. Personalized autographs give me that connection (however small) to the person I am sending to and that makes it all worth it. I enjoy writing short letters to show my appreciation for the actor/actresses body of work, regardless of whether it is actually read or not. Also, the costs are much more reasonable. Rather than spending $30-40 for a non-personalized autograph, it ends up only costing $5-10 to get a personalized version for those that sign TTM.
The convention scene gives me another personal satisfaction of getting to meet the people I admire. While more costly, I really enjoy getting to meet, have a conversation, and usually a photo opportunity with the person. It makes a good story to tell friends and future generations of the family
That's amazing! Definitely a more rare occurrence now to get a DC auto. Did you get to exchange any words or was it a pretty quick interaction? Either way, great story and something you will always remember I'm sure. -{
