I've heard that too. I thought years ago he was getting into "A" movies but
Apparently he was so difficult on " Executive Decision " and demanded several
Re-shoots etc, that that was the end of that chance and he went back to "B"
Movies.

Could be. The funny thing is I think a space battle/fight could work, if you
Had the guys using screwdrivers and tools to try and cut their spacesuits
Or break their visors. In one of the Clive Cussler book he has a fight on the
Moon with Astronauts fighting with sticks and rocks. Great stuff -{

Saw Ghostbusters twice at my local cinema, it was a blast both times getting to see my favorite movie of all time on the big screen at last. Hopefully I am going to get one of the 30th anniversary posters for my collection. Going to see The November Man this week, despite the poor reviews I am going to give it the benefit of the doubt.
@welshboy78 I too enjoyed Expendables 3 for the same reasons that you did. I heard that their is suppose to be an R Rated version hitting DVD and Blu Ray down the road, so hopefully it will fix some of the problems the film had.
As for Steven Seagal being in the possible 4th film, I doubt it since he and producer Avi Learner don't get along at all. Learner produced some of Seagal's direct to DVD movies a few years ago and when Sly Stallone was getting the first film ready, he reportedly told him the movie would not get made if Seagal was in the cast.

Are you a fan of his books or the films of them ?
I read a lot of S King in my teens and 20s -{ all
Started with the old TVseries of Salem's lot, which
I thought was brilliant so bought the book and carried
On reading his work. )

Stephen King is my favourite author (next to old Ian, of course! ) )
I've read pretty much everything he's written except for his laundry lists. Which is your favourite? Mine are The Body (a novella), The Shining (so much better than the film) and the brilliant Gunslinger series. -{
Thor: The Dark World.
He's not my favourite superhero but it's a good action film with some great
Set pieces. Also has a twist you can see coming a mile off. )

The Harry Hill movie,
At first I thought this was a follow on from Harry Brown )
This film was hated by the critics, but I really enjoyed it ) , maybe I
Was in a good mood today, but I thought it was a lovely warm, funny
Film. I'll definitely watch it again to catch some of the jokes I may
Have missed.

I watched the Harry Hill Movie yesterday with my son...as a film it just doesn't work...too few laughs to be a comedy....more of a TV Special really....
It did fall off about two thirds through but up to that point
I was laughing, loved the hamster being sick, the Godzilla
Homage, The. Selena Gomez look a like in the limo had me in stitches )
As I said maybe I was in a good mood and it Hit the spot. )

Just saw Map to the Stars at the cinema... Good performances from Julianne Moore, Robert Pattinson, John Cusack and Olivia Williams... But the film is appalling. Dull and pointless and with no likeable characters. Avoid.
Sad to hear, I only saw a poster for this a week or so ago
and was hoping with David Cronenberg directing that it
Was going to be a great suspense thriller.

The Thing with Harry Hill is that his Brand of Comedy does not really work on the big Screen. He's much better with TV Burp or Shark Infested Custard -{
The Film I saw recently was A Walk Among The Tombstones. Slower paced then your typical Liam Neeson Action Film, this one feels more like a Drama -{
1.On Her Majesties Secret Service 2.The Living Daylights 3.license To Kill 4.The Spy Who Loved Me 5.Goldfinger
Just saw preview screening of Gone Girl (or is it Girl Gone)
To be honest I'm not sure wether I liked it or hated it. It's a mixed bag of light and dark. Think it has a hell of a lot of plot holes also but would need to see again.
Biggest downer is Affleck. Not sure why but I cannot stick him as an actor

It does seems rather silly, but once in a while I see a comment around here from someone who apparently needs to be reminded! )
