    Friday?! Awww, why shift it from it's Monday night prime slot? It was huge there and Life On Mars proved it's still a timeslot that can pull in the viewers. Friday clashes with nights at the pub, round at mates', general doing stuff! :( Ah well, means it'll have to be a 'record' job most weeks.

    It'll be interesting, once we get the pleasure to see season 3, how creative the writers can keep the stories smartly done and come up with fresher grifts so we don't end up saying: "Oh, I remember seeing something similar done in season one..."


    I like the way that the outcomes seem to throw me off from week to week.

    Well, I settled down last night at 8.57pm to watch the first episode in the new series, and to my complete horror found out that it wasn't on! BBC Scotland have decided, in their deranged lunacy, to put back the air date till next month!! Can you imagine?!?! One of the biggest prime time BBC dramas and those airbrained idiots on Queen Margaret Drive have pushed it. God only knows what for, probably to squeeze in some Gaelic rubbish that 3 people will watch, or a documentary on the history of the deep fried Mars bar. Shocking.

    Anyway, thank the lord for digital TV, as I quickly flicked it to BBC 1 London and watched it there! :D

    Great opener! Jaime Murray looks as beautiful as ever, and the cameos of Linford Christie and Radio 1 DJ Sara Cox were nice detail.

    Oh man, great new episode tonight. I did NOT see the major plot twist coming. I should've but I didn't. I did, however, see the 3 brandys trick coming, but I thought it was hilarious anyway.

    I knew that was Mickey in disguise! However I did not see that the mark was that new guy. Danny put up a hell of a front because I was fully convinced that he'd finally lost his mind...but under the circumstances, the jerk deserved it.

    I was thinking to myself that you were gonna hate Danny in this episode until I realized that he was grifting the grifter. I should've known that was Mickey in diguise, and I can't believe I didn't. I definitely should have.

    They should've done worse, but I think what they did was clever enough.

    I think what they do to the bartender is quite hilarious. It always takes me a few seconds to realize what they did, but when I do I find it quite amusing. I feel kind of sorry for him, because in the first season they were all very friendly whereas now he doesn't like them because they never pay him.

    Nothing much. Danny's just being his typical self and it might be a turn-on that Stacey keeps turning down his advances. I think now though, that she is torn between Danny and Mickey.

    Just like any guy trying to get their foot in the door...you've got to "check the weather" because you never know when it's going to change, so to speak.... Know what I mean?
