Firstly thanks to Dell for giving us a little insight into the world of the James Bond Omega watch.
You can read the first of his four part series on ajb007.co.uk by following the link below.

"If you’re looking to wear a timepiece just like Pierce Brosnan as 007, this is the most common. He’s worn it in his last three outings, starting with Tomorrow Never Dies in 1997."
Please leave feedback and ask any questions for Dell in this topic.
Enjoy and start collecting!
(Parts 2, 3 and 4 to follow shortly.)

Just interested to know whether the Seamaster currently on sale is still the 2531.80, or has it been superseded by a newer model since DAD?

That is a very good point, although I do like the look of the new special edition that is supposed to be coming out. Dell has posted about it, it features a gun barrel effect on the face. Very nice.
Also the final part of this series is now available, How to buy an Omega 2531.80, again many thanks to Dell for this excellent series.
