Alas, no one really cares for him but I thought that this panel was pretty pathetic. :))

Pathetic is right. Oh well, I may be swimming with the sharks, but at least I'm not a fan of a guy who wears yellow gloves and has a lobster for a best friend. :v

Hi Rogue, this is just awesome. Wow that's one bad-a**, buffed-up Aquaman! If DC had you drawing him all these years, my brother would have had a greater appreciation of the character. By the way, TonyDP has always had a fascination with sharks :))

No, I wouldn't. A guy with green pants, an orange sweater and yellow gloves is lame no matter who draws him.

BTW Rogue, my brother wasted no time showing that to his colleagues at court; they were all suitably impressed by the likeness.

:)) Good ol' Spec! Something told me that he couldn't resist the urge to do it. :)) I hope that they don't give you too hard a time.

Thanks, Spec, I'd be an idiot to turn down a job to draw Aquaman if offered to me but as history tells us, that's a career stint short-lived. His mags don't last very long. Not much you can do with him really but he does need some kind of boost to his image. DC can't seem to get it right...

If it's any comfort to you, Tony, my son hates Superfriends Aquaman calling him the most useless crimefighter in tights. He has some respect for the hook version but not much. ;)

Rogue, everyone at work loved it. They said Tony's likeness is amazing. They were under the impression that the drawing was from an up and coming comic book. I told them that it was a private joke between you and my brother. Once I explained the story behind it they all got it. Although one of them said,"Who's Aquaman?" To which I responded, he's a lame-a**, third rate DC comic book character unlike Batman and Green Lantern :))

SpectreIsland, you and Tony are brothers? I didn't know that! How cool. Who's the oldest?

And Rogue, I've been meaning to say I love your new avatar!

My brother is a little indisposed right now - watching the remastered Live and Let Die on the Plasma - so I'll chime in. Yup, we are brothers, and SpectreIsland is the older one. Modesty forbids us from revealing our age. ;%

Hi Monique, I'm five years older, but most people think we're twins. There are some, however, that cannot fathom or make a connection that we're brothers even though we look alike and most times dress alike. So I'll be asked, "who's that guy that hangs around you all the time?" I scratch my head and respond, "you mean my brother?" Then they put two and two together and realize that the resemblance is uncanny. :))

Actually, it looks more like the shark jumped me. :)) I don't mind Rogue taking me out, but to be taken out by Aquaman? Now that's humiliating.

Hey, man, I love ya but you have to know that this cartoon wouldn't have been quite as humorous if it wasn't for your strong dislike for the character. I mean what are the odds that you'd be trapped in a corner like this? :))

I swear that this idea was spur of the moment. :))

Now if only I could get a JennyFlexFan reference...talk about the possibilities. :v

Thank you, sweet. But don't get too used to it, it's bound to change. :)

I am seriously thinking of doing a AJB comic strip to post here at least one a week or so but I'm still working out how it should be done.

Well the moment I started back doing comic pages, I was commisioned, by a manager in my wife's office,to do caricatures of him and his project staff located in Manhattan. Got two more to do thus far for him but he loved his likeness & my sense of humor with the information he provided to me for each staff member...

He's taking all three pictures back to New York with him next week for something he's doing with them. :)

    Hahahaha...the Craig one is hilarious.

And as for your wife's co-workers, I take it one is a Bridezilla and the other has a pet monkey? Oh yeah, and a raisin junkie? :)) :)) Those are great...

Aw, RA, I'm saddened by your need to try and compensate for the fact that Craig's manliness makes you look girly in comparison. I thought you were above that sort of thing.

    :p :))

Actually that particular pun was spawned from your strong interest in what particular swim trunks the man sported. Weren't you going crazy over them? I'm presuming the trunks... :p :D

I think I'll do a Connery or Moore caricature next up... B-)

    Thanks, 'Nique!

I never went crazy over them. Truth be told, I considered buying them, but they're too expensive considering I like the other ones he wears better.

Besides, I'm not a swimsuit person. I went much crazier over the Sunspel polo. Damn I'm glad I got that. And the Persol shades.

Even so, after seeing the reaction from most females (not including Monique), who wouldn't want to look like Craig in a swimsuit?

Not a problem for me really since I already have an athletic build. Problem is, my wife's a pretty good cook...add that with gravity, age... :# :D

I'm more of a model build, pretty thin (not tall enough to be a real model though) so I look better in clothing than in a swimsuit. But damn do I look good in clothing. :))

I really want to do one. Of course I'd have to stick with the nucleus of posters here-or the ones that I know to frequent- Loeff, MNL, me, 'Nique, Tee, JFF...especially JFF... :D

Some people are just comfortable with their anonymity so it could limit the flow...

Speaking of sharks, maybe you can re-enact the finale from Live and Let Die and have Tony dangling with Solitaire above the shark tank while Whisper slowly opens the gate and lets the diners assemble :))

Well, being tied up with Jane Seymour is infinitely better than being taken out by AquaLameMan. ;)
