"Hi
Well I was able to talk to my friends again. A few of them told me that hot word at the going around Pinewood when they left the production earlier in the month, is that the working title for Bond 22 is 'Risico' I knew little of this title so I googled it and found it had a Fleming root behind it.
I would like to stress this news isn't first hand un like the pre title thing earlier, this is just word of mouth spreading around the studio. So make of it what you will. The likelyhood I'll get any more news is very slim as these guys are now no way involved in the production of Cr anymore."

This is just getting sillier, isn't it...was Craig wearing a fish?
If it was me, I wouldn't use Risico, it means nothing to folks other than us Bond geeks.
I'm all for using whatever Fleming elements and titles (including chapter titles!) remain untapped, but I agree with Barry that this is one of the more nondescript ones. Compared to 'Risico,' 'The Hildebrand Rarity' really cries out death-defying adventure, doesn't it? )
Perhaps 'Risico' becomes the villain's name...?
"I am not an entrant in the Shakespeare Stakes." - Ian Fleming
"Screw 'em." - Daniel Craig, The Best James Bond EverTM
Quite right.
I don't really mind it, either---a Fleming title is a Fleming title. Sure, it's no 'Die Another Day,' but real genius (like lightning) almost never strikes twice

Actually, I think Licence to Kill was a great title and really captured the spirit of Bond and his adventure. He is out to kill, and he is warranted in doing this by Sanchez's killing Della and maiming of Leiter.
Personally, I would like to Bond 22 be the Moonraker novel story with the title "Dead Reckoning." (A chapter title from the novel)

'The Hildebrand Rarity'.... sounds a bit like a Bourne film, doesn't it? Imagine the fireworks!
But yeah; never been a big fan of the 'Risico' title meself..
Speaking of which, do you think that Quantum of Solace will ever be used?
@merseytart
How about this, for all the American soap opera fans: "One Life to Give" )
A touch of Nathan Hale (American Revolutionary War spy) there, in the spirit of the recently-past July 4th ... :007)

I think that the terms of life and death in the literal sense need a break from the movie titles for a while.
Yeah. It actually was a joke. B-) I do kind of like it, however...
A quick sidebar from the "For What's It's Worth (which isn't much!)" file:
CBn is reporting that "Daniel Craig Signs for Second Film" (?): http://www.commanderbond.net/quicknews/index.php?action=item&item=32019
Thank you, News Of The World. I thought poor Danny signed a three-picture deal last year...?
I suspect their next bit of breaking news will be: "This just in: The world is, in fact, not flat! Insiders reveal that recently-discovered photos from outer space reveal that Earth has 'a definite spherical shape.'" |)

That is so true.
In fairness, neither does Casino Royale. If the public gave a monkeys about Fleming's association with Bond, they would have stopped watching the films somewhere around YOLT; the producers however have continued to return to his well for inspiration for decades. GoldenEye is just a title for the great unwashed, but for Bond fans, it's a nice tribute to Fleming.
I'm hoping this is true, not only because I think it's a good title, but also because I would love Casino Royale to finish, and the words, James Bond will return in Risico to fill the screen, instead of this Bond 22 nonsense.
@merseytart
"Ris-ris-Risico!"
No wait! Olivia Newton John!
"Let's get Risico. Risico. I wanna get Risico-oo!"
Somebody please shoot me.
It's Italian for "risk", I believe- the first line of the story has Kristatos using the word.
