New Still Images From Casino Royale?

I have come across a series of 39 impressive still images from Casino Royale on a German website. The first half dozen or so I am very familiar with, but most of the rest are new to me. I am not certain if they are new to you.

Enjoy nonetheless.

This Swiss magazine has plenty of new publicity shots; of the more usual standing-around-in-a-studio-with-the-girls variety!

    Thanks MNL.

Some people are going to be taken aback when they open the link and there's Craig -- smiling! He looks great. Those have got to be the bluest eyes since Paul Newman. Lucky dog ...

Am I the only one who thinks that the casting of Mikkelsen is actually pretty good? In some of those pictures, he looks enormously sinister.

No -- I think he looks terrific, and very sinister. I think his youthful good looks, spoiled only by the scar, and charm really work for him. That snippet of him in the trailer asking Bond if he will "yield -- in time" was pretty chilling.

I was initially quite disappointed that they hadn't gone the David Suchet, older actor route with Le Chiffre---a twisted father figure, as he was in the novel---but I've come around on Mr. Mikkelsen. I think he makes a formidable villain.

I posted on another thread here quite some time ago that I thought Mikkelsen would be the best villain in a long time. Here's to hoping that rings true on the 17th! I think it's a nice break to have someone with some quiet menace instead of the recent over-the-top villains.

Who's the guy with half a pair of sunglasses and a Jericho 941 (or maybe a CZ of some sort?) ??

I recently found out that Caterina is only 32: honestly- tht shocked me. I know coming after all that 'but Craig looks about 50' stuff that seems like bad grapes; but I honestly thought she was a lot older than that. She's very sexy, but she does look older. Soz and all that.

Thank god for the blonde girl, what's-her-name.

She is ridiculously lovely, isn't she? Valenka's the character- can't remember her name. Gorgeous, though- easily the hottest out of them. But, I suppose, sort of forgettably gorgeous, which main Bond girls aren't often- they tend to go for a bit more character.
