With the DVD now out and even fewer theaters showing the film, CR made only a pittance at the box office since BOM's last update. As of March 18, it has earned $167,445,960 in the American market; $593,663,121 worldwide. It took four months, but I think the boycott is finally working!
It's interesting to note the effect it and a few other recent films have had- notice that Spider-Man 3 is being released and premiered in countries outside the US much heavier than previous blockbusters: that's because CR and a few others made double their domestic gross overseas, which hasn't been the rule until now. So now Hollywood is actually targeting the overseas market, starting with Spidey.
According to Box Office Mojo, Casino Royale's gross in China was $11,770,398 as of Sunday 25th March. It was released on 30th January followed by the DVD on 15th February, so I would imagine the final gross will be just slightly higher.

Not bad for a film that at the beginning many thought would crash and burn
