We sound like professors quoting Shakespeare,( ) ) but I think what happened is that Bond laughs a little maniacally after being beaten. When LeChiffre asks him what's so funny, Bond replies:
"Now everyone is going to know that you died scratching my b***s."

That was a GREAT line
