Isn't that the "Venice Canal Chase" music that can be heard partly in the Moonraker Release trailer? In the "more excitement, more thrills, more spills" part.

...which is the kind of thing we don't really like on this website. I hope that no-one here is suggesting an exchange of illegal copyrighted material, and I certainly hope that they are not suggesting some kind of material gain for that illegal act.
