Pretty much in agreement with the scenes mentioned here, but several more are standouts -- the emassey escape, Bond poisoned/resuscitated, LeChiffre finally losing, Vesper in the road, her expression of pain and terror just before she drowns . . . I truly can't think of a single scene on its own that I didn't enjoy (though a few were too reminiscent of scenes from other Bond movies).
Too many favorites to single out one in particular, but here are a couple:
M to Bond:
"I'd ask you to remain emotionally unattached, but that doesn't seem to be a probelm for you does it?"
Bond:
"No."
His delivery was just perfect.
The moment just after he tries reviving Vesper and he goes and sits on the edge of the building. He's hyperventilating and on the verge of an emotional breakdown. You can see the tears in his eyes and fully expect him to lose it, but you actually see him gaining control of his emotions! Quite a performance by Mr. Craig!
That was indeed a spectacular scene. I was hyperventilating in my chair while watching that scene

I love all these scenes, but I just wanted to add one that made only MYSELF enjoy a good laugh in the theatre. The rest of the audience remained quiet.
It was that scene where bond and M were under that pagoda by the pool, and she has the man plant the chip in his arm. Craig giving the most monotone, stale "Ow." cracked me up. I thought it really underlined how rugged of a bond craig was, and he was only saying "Ow." to show he was human, it was entirely unnecessary. haha...geez...

This scene was a favourite of my brother's, as well. He said it was almost impossible to define, but that Craig's 'attitude' here was Classic Bond. I agree. :007)

And Loeff didn't you think the even funnier part of the "Ow" was that it wasn't in the script! They must have actually discussed the "Ow" and put it in, or let him adlib. It's so trivial, it's funny.

They couldn't have handled this scene any better IMO. I thought they were going to actually have Bond cry and that would have possibly ruined the movie for me. But right when I thought the tears were going to flow...he gets control of his emotions. If Lazenby didn't get to cry (I believe in one take he did, but the director said Bond couldn't cry) then Bond isn't ever allowed to cry.
I love the scene when Bond comes back from being revived by Vesper since he was poisoned when he said "The last deck nearly killed me". I thought that was really funny. Also I liked the scenes at the beginning when the bad ghuy jumps onto a roof and then onto another and then onto the floor, but when Bond does it He dosn't do it like the bad guy did it he just bounces off it's hard to explain do you guys know what I mean?

Saw it again yesterday and forgot about two scenes: Bond telling Eva to look into his eyes to see that he can beat LeChiffre, and then Bond deciding to go after LeChiffre with the knife when she refuses to bank on him.
Been back from the cinema about an hour now lol One of my new favourite scenes has got to be when Mendel comes trotting up with the decoder and Bond makes the comments about the chocolates and then looks away from the camera as if this is an aside to the audience. Classic and got a big big laugh tonight.

You're right. A subtle thing, but it really delivers a message...perhaps it (partially) compensates for a few script elements I really wanted to see

First off, I'll say the whole movie was amazing. I've seen it three times already. My favorite part is the whole PTS and then the scene in Madagascar.
That might be the one of the best openings to a Bond movie, IMO.

One of my favorite scenes of the film was the poker showdown in the Ocean Club Casino between Bond and Dimitrios. Dimitrios conducts himself as a true ass in this scene. He scolds Solange for being late, scolds the dealer for repeating herself to him, and disregards the table stakes by offering a $20,000 raise and throwing his car keys on the table. Bond obliges him by "giving him a chance to win his money back." Not only does Bond clean up all his chips and win his Aston Martin, before exiting he asks him for the valet ticket. ) You could even tell the dealer was happy Bond won the hand. If that wasn't enough to humiliate him, Bond takes his wife back to his place and fools around with her. Dimitrios was a man with an enormous ego that deserved everything that came to him.
"My acting range? Left eyebrow raised, right eyebrow raised..."
My favourite scene was the final scene. Bond phones Mr White, gets asked who he is, shoots Mr White, utters the line and then the music comes on. Brilliant! (Both times that I saw CR, this scene absolutely thrilled me.)
"He’s a man way out there in the blue, riding on a smile and a shoeshine. And when they start not smiling back—that’s an earthquake. and then you get yourself a couple of spots on your hat, and you’re finished. Nobody dast blame this man. A salesman is got to dream, boy. It comes with the territory." Death of a Salesman
Ok in order to put down my favorite scene(s) I must put them in some sort of categories. So this is how it will go.
Bondanian scene: Mr. White recieves a rather jolting message from Bond via modified MP5 and cellphone, plus the way the famous line is said absolutly floored me. NOTE: New Walk-on-shoot-scene was nice as well.
Bond History 101: Hands down when he dons the tux. Yes he had rather nice suits before, BUT the tux just screamed Bond, not to mention the Bond theme playing so subetly in the background. Absolutly loved it. NOTE: Also loved the Ordering the Drink scene, you know the one 3 M of Gordon 1 of Vodka 1/2 of Kina Litte w/ Lemon peel shaken over ice till its very cold.
Bond V scene: This one is a very tough one, simply because all thier scenes togather are so good. But if I had to pick just one to be the best, I would have to say the intro scene on the train. Establishes V as not another Bond girl but an equal to Bond in intelligence and coolness, which I deemed very important for the movie. NOTE: The Shower sequence was unique to the Bond series and a nice addition. Something we haven't really seen, Bonds soft side.
Of course the others that a haven't mentioned are to numurous to mention, but they are all very good, these to me seemed to be the ones that were the best in my eyes.
So many, I really liked the opening chase scene though. Just watching all the differences between Bond and Mollaka. How both styles, equally as cool worked together. Mollaka's fluidity and Bonds bruteness. Parts I especially liked where the dropping down the lift scene, the crashing through the wall and the crane thing dropping down. Being a big fan of Parkour made that scene even better for me.

It was indeed a fantastic scene. Although I expressed reservations about the forward jump in the 'acceptable/unacceptable' thread I just want to say that I loved this scene. It's one of my favourite scenes in the film.

well, its hard, the movie is so great, but i'd have to say the first scene where bond is chasing that bombmaker dude and kills him. That was sweet, also the scene at the end with Mr.White was cool to
