Ultimate Edition versions (U.S.)?

I know that they are releasing each of the 4 sets separately, but does anyone know if they will be released as one massive set (a la the UK briefcase version)? It seems ridiculous to have an all-encompassing version for the UK, but stagger & separate the releases for US fans.

IMO, if they were going to do the same for us here in the U.S. they would of had it out in time for the Holidays. It would seem pointless to release 4 seTs before the Holidays, then release a all-in-one collection after the Holidays. Of course that is just my opinion. It would of been nice to have one massive collection though in a shiny briefcase.

I wonder how much a briefcase collection of Bond movies would cost?
Not trying to change the subject, but does anyone know where I can get that special edition of OHMSS that's in the briefcase/attache case? I know they made on I just cant find one for sell.
