DVD Covers

Does anyone know why the individual ultimate editions vary. I bought Dr. No that had an embossed cardboard sleeve and the DVD cover inside has a blue and grey colour for the scenes along the top and bottom and a normal styled 007 logo. However when purchasing From Russia With Love at the same time I noticed that the scene colours were black and grey and the 007 was shiny. Also, they each have different 'Region 2' logos and one has the sony picture logo on the back and the other one doesn't. Why?

This has also puzzled me. It seems that a second wave of UEs has been released. The covers are slightly different in colour, and the shiny 007 logo (which is not good IMO), and no slipcases. I wonder if the slipcased ones were meant just for the initial release. Perhaps they will be more valuable in the future?

Yeah I don't like the shiny ones either. They look a bit tacky to me.
