    We watched the Eurovision song contest last night (its all go in the AS household) :D ,usuall collection of assorted rubbish and no hopers. We the UK, bagged just 5 points :)) ,well it was crap,and the host country Austria got sweet FA ;% .I voted for Spain ,just because she was lovely ;) .I think we should persuade our mate Barbell to enter next year ,im sure he would win -{

    I heard Meatloafs "Dead ringer for love" on the car radio (nothing special about that I hear you cry) but a friend of mine used to sing the chorus badly ,he didn't know the words :) but it reminds me of him .He went to war in the gulf (no 1) as a tank commander
    did all the usual war stuff ,got shot at ,blew other people up , got scared ,worried about dying,ect ect ,well he survived the war
    and was promptly run over by a truck and killed in the city of London .So when I hear that song I have to sing his words ,Rock and rollin roo (not Rock and roll and brew) :) RIP my friend .
