Dr. Please, No!!!

Dr. No was pretty good and watching Ursula Andress emerge from the water is something to behold but I'm sorry, James Bond does not sing...

    Obviously, he does. And since it was in this first movie and this movie alone, what's the big deal? He heard her singing the song and just sang the same thing to connect with her. It was no elaborate song and dance number, just a means to an end. Making too much out of a minor point.

    I believe that this has been discussed before: http://www.ajb007.co.uk/index.php?topic=27542&cpage=1. Hope it helps. :) BTW, I don't have a problem with it as I found it to be a sweet moment that makes DN such a unique and charming film. -{

    Thanks, Dan. Since the thread you linked to is recent and ongoing, I'll close this one and ask everyone to post to the older thread. On that note, though, since Bond sings in the original novel ("Maryanne," no less), it's safe to say that James Bond DOES INDEED sing!

    Carry on. . .
