I have the above James Bondy car reg on my car. I have to sell my car anyway and thought I might sell the registration separately. Whould anyone be interested?

I would sell it seperately. I sold my old car which had DAN at the end for more than the car.

You could easily seperate the numbers/letters.

J5 8OND Y. The chances of some random person buying the car and paying more for the plate is highly unlikely, wheras i'm sure there would be people around who would want the plate.

You could, but that is illegal and if you refuse to put them back correctly, you can have your plate confiscated.

Yea but it is very unlikely. The only times you might be pulled up on it is if it's very bad and your actually altering the letters/numbers with the screws. Or if your stopped for something else, they might pull that up.
