To my knowledge, it is spelled Viewmaster.
You put in the discs in a Viewmaster which works as a Stereo-Picture-Viewer.
On the reels (the white discs), there are 2 slightly different exposures of the same motive and the Viewmaster enables you to see both pics at the same time, which causes the 3-d-effect
