    One of my absolute favorites was the hotel scene in TLD where Bond holds Pushkin at gunpoint. The intimidation Dalton gives off is incredible and it really shows the dark side of 007.

    I gotta go with Connery's first scene in Dr No, as well as the 2 scenes mentioned in Octopussy. I would call it a 3 way tie.

    While it isn't necessarily a great "acting" moment, the scene where Roger Moore finally kills Stromberg in TSWLM is one of my favorites. Moore is quite ruthless and brutal, shooting Stromberg repeatedly in cold blood. He really sells it, which is no small feat considering that it his films were usually far lighter in tone.
