I don't really have a problem of the game goes on forever, but I can't help but note that often someone's votes will simply be reversed so we don't end up going anywhere. I think the important thing is to get down to the final 2. Once we do, people will simply vote for their preferred film, and we should eventually have a winner. I wonder, though, wether we should implement a -2/+2 or -2/+1 rule only for the final 3. It doesn't really concern me, though, because as I said, I don't mind if the game goes on forever.

Personally I'm in no rush to get it over with. It's a battle of wills, really, and it should take a lot of time, sweat and perseverance if you ask me, as to be voted the best Bond film on a board of this calibre is a great honor, in my opinion, and it is something that should not come easily, especially when one considers the 3 utterly stellar titles that presently remain.
Besides-- we've broken down some pretty heavy stalemates already (TLD, DN, TSWLM, TB, and so on) so I'm optimistic it will eventually work out.
That being said I will consent to the +2/-2 thing if the majority rules for it.
Fukdat! OHMSS winning this thing is something of a must with me.

No, but having been a staunch OHMSS defender for the better part of the last 20 years, and constantly having to defend it (and Lazenby) against people who don't know any better-- I'm just dying to see it get the same recognition that FRWL and GF have been getting the whole time.

I think the Bond babe idea was broached a while back by JFF who no doubt expects Naomi and Jenny Flex to be in the running. I submit that only girls who actually slept with Bond should be allowed to enter the competition.
As regards the game taking for ever, I've no problem with that (except for a mild sense of my own mortality).
What we need to do is everyone who wants to get rid of GF. Save there votes and all vote at teh same time. We need some sort of organization to make progress.
