Does anyone know wheather they will put issue 40+ on the jamesbondcars.co.uk website? I ended the collection on issue 37, but there were a few more that were good.
i'm thinking of cancelling my subscription now as it's cost alot of money so far, plus i don't have room to display them. the "wall" of cars is towering quite high, 11 high and 4 across.
I will continue to collect..mine are still in wrappers attached to mags...kept in large box in wardrobe..gave all my clothes to charity...who needs clothes & food anyway!!!.thank god I don't have a web camera...eeough!!!:))
they have put on the www.jamesbondcars.co.uk website issues 41 + 42 to buy online now, there is also new images of the covers and future issues shown on link below.
Got issues 42 ( ford thunderbird-g/finger ) and 43 ( chevrolet nova police car-l.a.l.d ) today. Issue 44 will be the amc matador coupe from the man with the golden gun, i hope its a model with the wings on and not just the car, which i think would be a cop out-fingers crossed
Thanks SpectreIsland, just seen a pic of it, i cant say how disappointed i am with the makers, after all the reason we collect the cars is because of their individuality, its a real shame.
A fine made model of the AMC Matador on a beautiful diorama WITHOUT wings has enough individuality to my taste and I am myself are more than happy with the entire line.
I can't imagine how huge this model would have been with wings and would understand, that a wing-car would not match in the GBP 7,99 budget.
I think, that you are expecting far too much from this brilliant collection, Double-OO especially after all, that we have seen from other makers in the last 2 decades.

As far as the Rolls Royce goes: I doubt it.
RR is extremely picky in giving licenses for car models and as far as I understand it does not always have something to do with the accuracy of the models.

yes i had heard that Rolls Royce were very picky, but i wish they would permit a model for this set! the accuracy of the models in this collection are far better than my corgi collection.
Probebly the car collecion, I think they should, but it is a Car Collection, I think they should be released like the free gifts, they werent cars, Or a new collection
No!!! not another collection..my missus would have a flakey!!!!..but one or two significant other types of transport from the movies would be a good ending to the collection...(maybe the last ones to round off this fantastic...but long!! collection.:s:))
that's why i'm ending the subscription, nowhere else to put them, the only way is up!
i emailled them the other day to cancel it and got a reply today, confirming they will end it. strangely the guy said my account is £7.99 in credit, so they will send 1 more issue, but not charge me for it, and then send me no more.
i don't know how it got into credit though, i've monitored my credit card throughout and it's always been charged for 2 issues every month.
Where do you want to report them?
Was it their fault, that the mail company smashed the models?
Additionally as far as I am hearing, these James Bond car collecion guys are very helpful with replacements. So, as bad the fact is that a delivery has been damaged, they'll try to solve it, I am sure.

does any one else hope and pray, like i do, that they make a model of the Rolls from Goldfinger?
