Hmmm, not sure about this one. I will wait & see if it comes out with a diorama on Kings model. Is that the right version of the Bentley?
Does this mean there could be a slim chance of the GF Roller?
IMO this Bentley is not part of the James Bond Car Collection. Just had a look at FRWL, and the car has a darker, brown interior and a black top. I think that these colours would be reproduced correctly on the model. But - the Bentley appears to be the same type as used in the film (although I am not an expert on Bentleys and thirties' cars "all look the same" to me) so the model could be used for a selfmade diorama. The green in the film appears darker but I wouldn't even repaint the body. The number plate is not visible in the film. However, I would add sun-visors in red transparent plastic.
Even if the Bentley would be from the JBCC I don't think that the chance for Rolls-Royce models would be any higher. Don't forget that Bentley and RR are completely independent today. So even if Bentley has given the permission this would have no effect for Rolls-Royce.
I also put a little bond figure in, which makes it look finished.
Nice touch, my main gripe with this model is the lack of figure inside, especially as it is supposed to be an 'action' scene
It's also nice to see that it is very similar to the CR DBS, unlike previous same models - The R9s from VTAK couldn't be more dissimilar if they were different cars.
On a seperate note, does anyone know if subscribers are due any more 'loyalty' gifts? Would be nice if they sent us displays for little nellie and the tank!
Just got #60 Ford Ka..probably my least Favourite...never liked the Ka..looks out of place in the box...as you can gather from the comments..I'm not a fan of this model -{ :007)
Going by the pic's on this auction http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=360149059974
it looks like the QOS Ford Ka is facing the correct way in the delivered versions of this model, as compared to the ebay samples from Kingsmodel discussed on page 61 & 62 of this thread.
Dokk, is the Leyland Sherpa confirmed as the next model (#61) in your Ka's magazine?

thats good news, save me a bit of time turning it around.
Its facing to the right as you look at it...looking out to sea..so you are looking at the decal on the petrol nozzle side..& its an empty car once again..still don't like it -{ :007)

To quote ak007 "but still no mondao, and what happerned to the hearses?
Yes, shame they've dropped the hearse, but then again, we thought they had done away with the Bentley. They may still surprise us yet.
The Mondeo is a surprise vacancy, its only another Ford, & weve had lots of those.
Its obvious that this collection is a very good seller despite all our moans & groans.
I will be getting duplicates of the V8 Aston in both states to go in my Aston Martin collection.
I just love those cars!
Your welcome, i had them all open as soon as i found out, so i thought i might just as well help you lot out.
after looking over this list a few times, i think that none of them this time are silly choices like the last time. If anything i am looking foward to each and every one.
I but dont really understand, since the last time it was extended, corgi have obtained exclusive rights to make bond films models, it least this was my understanting. Has anyone got any more info on this or did i dream it ?

These are what I'm up to in my subscription but I haven't seen them yet. E-mailed the suppliers and they said Aust Post had returned the package to sender 2 weeks ago (no reason given). They're resending them to me now. I'm just wondering what I'll be getting. I think it's these two.
Just wondering if you've received any issues recently, Legoman? 54 was the last one I received about a month ago now, and so far no other issues have appeared on their dispatch information for my subscription on their website ?:) Considering we live in the same city I assume we'd receive them around the same time as each other.
This collection will have been running for 3 years when we reach #85,I honestly think it will go to 100!,maybe more!:s ) -{ :007)
I was just thinking the same myself about it lasting 3 years, its stupid when you think about it. I wouldn’t mind if it goes up to a hundred now if I could just get them all now, its getting to the stage that I really hate waiting for them every month then rearranging my display each time so that they fit.
I know, Im impatient but I have been waiting about 2 years now for the whole set.

I hope so too, Ive stopped having a model of the Bentley made just in case! I will give it a week to see if Kingsmodel show it at all.

Yes, I was looking forward to the hearses, in particular to make up a DAF thing. Not sure I'll bother with the minichamps car now...

In France, (where the James Bond car collection has started), the same makers seem to make another line with cars of my childhood hero:

still no model, so i called them up to be told that payment had been taken on the 20th april, so i'd be recieving my back issee a month from then.
2 months for a back issue?
when it states 28days for delivery, it should be 28 days, and if anything changes that, they should let you know.
not impressed.
anyone else had this kind of trouble?

this would bring it to 99 issues, number 100 would then have to be the rolls.
