It looks like the next "reveal" from China is the black Peugeot 504 (one of them) from For Your Eyes Only ... I wonder if this will be the one in the tree ?!?

Happy Christmas to all. I wonder how many other people here remember receiving a Corgi James Bond Aston Martin DB5 with machine guns and ejector seat for Xmas many moons ago?
I had a go at customising my (replacement extra) Quantum of Solace Aston Martin and Alfa Romeo. The figures in the Alfa are from the Tomorrow Never Dies Range Rover (another replacement model). I had to cut off the shooter's head, arms and legs and glue him back together to position him out the window. James Bond is from the Goldfinger Aston Martin, with repositioned arms and suit and hair painted to match Daniel Craig.
the fyeo peugeot 504 diorama looks very good. the customised aston and alfa also look great. but i would not have don it. a because i am not good at these thinks 2 left hands. and b i want the car´s to stay original. but very good work anyway man. oh and i wish every body a great 2010
Just received 76 & 77...they look massive in the boxes...still can't believe we are nearing the end(8 to go)..it's been a long & expensive journey, but like most of you I'm glad I started it...by the way if anyone from the company is reading this I still have room for more models(hint! hint!).

I totally agree with DOKK oke i only have 46 but i have still a lot of space left. I know i have said it before but i have at least space for 150 maybe even 200. Only problem could be money but i will figur out that problem when and if we get there. On the other hand it´s only 13 euro´s in 2weeks so i don´t think it wil be a very big problem. If it would go up to 100 or more it will take a lot of time. 100 - 46 is (54) 1 in 2 weeks is 108 weeks is more than 2years. So more than 100 take´s even longer.
well sounds could guy´s freebies but freebies are only good for people who joined as member. People like me who buy the cars from the store and didn´t become member of the serie´s are left out of the freebies. At least i don´t have the 3 freebies from the beginning (little nellie,T55 tank and the cut in half renault 11 taxi). Oh and i want to wish everybody a very good 2010.
it´s 2010 of course i have heard of e-bay. But they are asking dubble the price of the normale cars in de serie´s. And i maybe in a wheelchair but that doesn´t mean i´m nuts. Paying dubble for something somebody else got as a freebee yeh right i don´t think so. My max is the normale price of the standard serie cars.
I'm not a subscriber but I picked up the half-Renault 11 Taxi off ebay for £13 (+p&p), which I didn't think was too bad.
I'm not interested in either of the other two freebies as they're not cars or boxed (or to 1:43 scale), so do not really fit in with the rest of the collection IMO. I know some here might diagree with that statement, but for myself it works as I was a purely diecast car collector before this collection came along - the T55 and the Little Nellie are just not the sort of thing you'd find on my shelf.
While I'm posting here, just confirming the most recent issue releases in the UK:
N°74 - 4 November 2009 (official retail release date)
N°75 - 18 November 2009
N°76 - 2 December 2009
N°77 - 16 December 2009
... and N°78, the OHMSS Mercedes 220S is now also available from retailers & UK ebayers as of last week, but no cover-scan available from GB Fabbri as yet.
Hey thanks FACT i didn´t no that Little nelly and the T55 tank aren´t scale 1/43. I also just want 1/43. And yes you are right about the price of the taxi. I don´t know what the rate of the BP is against the EURO but is sounds about right to me.
Many thanks for the info ak007. I couldn't agree more regarding this set of models. I have been collecting these since the start of the series and each and every model is just so accurate. As you quite rightly say, 100 models would be a nice round figure for this set and I am with you 100% when you say that they could do to give us a full list of the remaining models and STICK to it...
May they cary on & on & on.
I remember months before this collection started I saw a French version called "Les Voitures du James Bond" and thought-I wish we could get this in Britain. Then a few months later the series began in the UK. So if you wanted to know how many models are in the collection, can you get a clue from countries that have run the series earlier?

Bleuville, the UK is currently "in the lead" with this collection after overtaking the French, who switch to deliveries every 3 weeks at some times during the year, whereas the UK has consistently released one issue every two weeks (2 every 4 weeks for subscribers).
Here's a website (in French) which charts the French releases: http://cntrois.over-blog.com/article-32016548.html
... their most recent release was the Ford Ranchero (#76) at the end of December 2009.
would anyone like to buy my JB car collection (obviously not complete as yet !! ) oar does anyone know anyone who may be interested ?? ( i dont wana sell - but i'm skint !!! )
Hi crocke007 - I reckon your best bet is not to try and sell your collection as a whole but sell the models individually on eBay. It's more effort but you'll get more money in the long run. I've been buying and selling die-cast models on eBay for years and never had any problem selling surplus JB Collection cars. Usual return is between £5 plus postage and £11 plus postage each, depending on the model. Good luck!

This should be issue #82 if the Chinese ebayers are giving us them in sequence - a bit odd having two FYEO cars one after the other though.
Looks like GE Fabbri still have a few surprises to spring on us...
Merry Xmas everyone
