Love the look of the Q Boat - can't wait to see what diorama they put it in - hope that it's on the street so we can appreciate the full green underside of the boat.... as seen when it does the barrel-roll.
Just finished speaking with the call centre over a little confusion with the credit card bill, As far as they are aware it is still a minimum of 85 models. So if we see any more than 2 news issues popup on eBay then we will know whether it has been extended or is just different from the list we ‘know’.
I'm really pleased with the black Mercedes 220S which has 3 Spectre guards and Irma Bunt figures inside. (That's 2 Merc models she's been in.)
The details and the diorama are what make the models so great.
The Mercury Cougar in front on the background, I presume is a computer illustration.
Very clever.
Unfortunately next is yet another Range Rover. Black, like the TNDies one, but from QOS.
It's a pity they can't produce Rolls Royces or they could've done Draco's blue Corniche from OHMSS.
Bleuville. "Same time next week, Mrs. Bleaker?" LALD flying lesson.
the diorama of the q-boat looks very good i think. The other one is absolutly differend now it´s the question how the diorama is going to look it needs a good one.
Looking at the Q Boat and the Dragon Tank I wonder if these are the results of a trip that GE Fabbri made to The Bond Museum in Keswick that I'm sure someone mentioned on here ages ago.???? If so then I hope that they make a model of the Motorbike and Rocket Sidecar from TSWLM and also the Ski Doo from DAD that I saw when I was there - they'd make nice models and I'm sure that as TSWLM is a favourite film of a lot of people the model would be a popular model.
And what if for subscribers they sent an empty case with a diorama of Graves Ice Palace - a model of the invisable Vanquish perhaps??? )
Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum, just found it a couple of weeks ago and finally signed up!
I am so happy to find others who love this collection. I live in Canada and it is not cheap to import these models, almost 20 pounds including shipping, but it's worth it!:D
Just had to say I think ak007's ideas are great and I have sent many emails to GE fabbri with some of those same suggestions
I'm loving the dragon tank and Qboat hope to see more weird stuff!!!:s Would love to see some motorcycles, eg. BSR from Thunderball. Flying Matador etc.
I have to say that I am really very happy they've included the Q Boat and Dragon Tank in the collection.
While technically not a car, the Q Boat was in desperate need of a larger scale model than the Japanese one, and have we ever had a proper Dragon Tank before (apart from that one in the toy range from the 60s?). As great as the cars themselves are, with some rare models too, I think it's safe to say that a few of the ones in the collection have been 'background features' from the films rather than featured front and centre or integral to the films. Hopefully, if the collection continues, the inclusion of these different vehicles opens the door for other possibilities such as the BMW bike from Tomorrow Never Dies.

Wholeheartedly echo this on both points, I have the Kyoshol Q-Boat and it's too small to appreciate as a display piece or even as a toy. I had the Dragon Tank by Gilbert Toys, which came with a set of other pieces I picked up a long time ago, and it was so toylike and fragile that I ended up throwing it away.

It´s a pitty the numbers 85,86,87,88,89 and 90 are not confirmed yet. I wonder what the reason is maybe they are surprising us with a new set of car´s instead. The cadillac hearse from Diamonds are Forever for instance. I´ll keep my eye´s on wiki to see if there any changes
I wish people would understand that anyone can edit Wikipedia! You need to take it with a pinch of salt.
I very much doubt that the dr. no tank or the q-boat will be an issue in their own right as listed on wiki. They will be a ‘special issue’ or possibly a subscriber’s gift.
All that list is going on is what appears on eBay from china. I suspect that someone has put unconfirmed due to the fact that the list we thought we knew has changed. These models are still unconfirmed as they are yet to appear on eBay. Unconfirmed also could mean that we don’t know what issue number it will be.
You are absolutly right that wasn´t smart. I should have thougt about the fact that everybody can edit things on wikipedia lesson learnt. next time there are any changes i will take them with a pinche of salt.
I wonder if the Q boat & the Dr No Tank are 2 of 3 end of subscription freebies?
At the beginning of this collection the taxi had a diorama, but the tank & little Nellie didn't!
If so, there is another model out there waiting for us to spy!

Why would they give them away for free when they already have us hook line and sinker? It’s not like they need to thank us for the millions of pounds we’ve paid them over the last 3 years. 8-) The Q-boat will most likely be normal price (7.99) but the dragon may well be more.
Nice thought but I can’t really see it happening. (Well I suppose we could always keep are fingers crossed) I really hope they will be some more none car issues; it will make this collection even more unique. Think how this collection will look in years to come. Nothing will ever come close in terms of variety, quality and shear volume.
Since we're nearing the end of this collection and 'Licence to Kill' still only appears to be getting just one vehicle, how about suggesting this to Fabbri as a last resort?
Whilst i love the collection - i do think that Fabbri are taking the mickey just a bit, extending the collection all the time. They initially told me it would only be 20 !!!!!!
So a couple of freebies would be nice !
What about the set of golf clubs from Goldfinger????...they have a Driver!!!....too much speculation on what or If we are going to get... just wait!!!the surprise will be good !!!.....-{ :007)
I'm sure that the tank wont be part of the collection. Kingsmodel have it for sale on ebay and it isnt in a diorama box. Kingsmodels always supplys his models as we receive them. Suspect its another little nellie.
I hate to disagree with gsinclair22 but in the early going of the collection I did purchase a few models from kingsmodel. (before I made good contacts in England). They did not come with any diorama, so hopefully the dragon tank will come in a diorama. The early pics of the Qboat and others did have their diorama. Here's hoping!
I know what you mean!...but please don't go down that road!..I have been on sites that have had the same comments about England & the UK!!! & it's ended in argueing on the site. -{ :007)

I wonder whether this is going to be a "regular" release or a final subscribers-only gift?
I hope that this is a sign that the collection is drawing to an end so that it can end on high, rather that just continuing for ever.

I always hated this model!!!...it was so "Blue Peter"!!!!

The dragon of Crab Key looks interesting but I don’t really see the need for it, especially without the diorama. To be honest this dragon thing always spoiled Dr. No for me a bit. I wonder if they will be anymore non car issues, DAD hovercraft anyone? Or how about any of these;

So a couple of freebies would be nice !
So that’s 3 DB5s (2 GF, 1 TB and no GEye.), 4 Lotus Esprits (2 TSWLMe, 2 FYEO), 3 Range Rovers, 3 Mustangs,
2 new Aston DBSs (CR & QOS), 1 old Aston DBS (OHMSS), 1 Aston Vanquish (DAD),
a BMW Z3, BMW Z8 and BMW 7 saloon. Also quite a lot of old American cars from 1950s and 60s.
(But they forgot the Ford Zodiac from Thunderball ! Not many Vauxhalls in Bond films though ! )
