Thunderball Filming Location

I recently got back from the Bahama's, and while in Nassau, I had to make a trip to Paradise Island. I had been there years before but didn't realize that the "barrier" on the beach (right in the back of The Atlantis) was used in Thunderball. The scene I'm refering to is where Largo and the baddies are getting ready to dive into the ocean and Bond takes out a henchman and takes his place. This time I took many photos of the barrier. It's still essentially the same however it's in much better condition in the film than now. A lot of erosion has taken place over the years and the stone bridge in the film has been replaced. If I can figure out how to load the photos on here, I'd gladly share them with all of you. Very interesting to see!
