Hey gang,
For those fellow members who still play with toys like me, you can get the DC Superheroes Clark Kent/Superman 2-pack, which is a Target Exclusive, swap heads, and VOILA...a 1/12th scale literary Bond action figure! Here are pics of the set, which goes for $15, but has recently gone on clearance for around $12:
It's not perfect, but the Clark Kent body reminds me so much of the lit Bond's description; I removed the jacket to paint the dark red tie, black (though it is not narrow as described in the books), and the shoes are lace-ups vs. the slip-ons of lit Bond.
The biggest issue for most would be the strong visual association of Supes' headsculpt, well, to Supes himself despite the resemblance that this sculpt shares with lit Bond, i.e., the thick comma of hair, the firm jawline, grey/blue eyes, the mean stare, etc.
Sorry for not having pics of my own figure since I plan to work on it some more by adding a scar as well as giving the figure a tan. What kills me is that I had a spare Austin Powers hand that's holding a PPK that's in that scale and I could not find it even after turning everything in the house upside down!

Hi IanAndOut, thank you for your kind words! Anyway, believe it or not my nude Gary Cooper figure is lying on the hood of my Bentley with a pile of other figures; I've got to clean that up! I'm still trying to resolve how I'm going to approach my "literary Bond girl" figure to accompany James in the Bentley, and after purchasing 2 different blonde wigs (since statistically, there were more blonde, Bond girls in the books), I am now considering black hair.
My problem is that I have many other Bond projects currently in progress, and they're dependent on components from customizers. For example, I've gotten everything I need for a Tracy figure, including the figure itself, footwear, a wig and even pantyhose (I hope to keep the actual outfit a surprise when it's done), except the dress itself is still "under consideration" by a customizer I regularly patronize. Also, I've been focusing on my other interest, which are 1/6th scale WWII figures. Oh well, half the fun for me is the planning
Here's my last project:
