As you are going to collect them (you are not playing with them), you will later regret not to have the missing colour.
So, I recommend both.

get both, they only cost about £2.99 per pack and they are exeptional quality. trust me, i got some a while back. i would personally recommend getting 2 of each. 2 to play with and 2 to collect. but its up to you.
have you thought about getting the casino royale poker set, you get the cards and the chips, all of exeptional quality. £60 is expensive though. -{
