New photo-sets from Bondpix

The year is 1990, and Pinewood Studios hosts the first James Bond Fan Club convention to be held at this most hallowed of locations. The home of the 007 films is going to delight over 100 lucky fans as the organisers of this very special event have brought together the most incredible collection of Bond movie props ever assembled in one place.
Seventeen years later (well, I've been busy!) Bondpix is proud to present the first chance to see a rare collection of photographs of this memorable event. Whether you were fortunate to have attended or not, this set of pictures illustrates many of the rare 007 props, models and vehicles used in the Bond movies. A tour of the Pinewood Studios backlot and alleyways, plus a view of the 007 Stage, ended with a journey through the amazing 'Gotham City' set from the 1989 'Batman' film. 'THE WORLD OF 007' exhibition in Leeds
In 1997, the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds was briefly home to the first official James Bond Exhibition. Various props, models, vehicles and many other interesting items were displayed. We were there, and photos of this event are now online on the following link;

'BOND, JAMES BOND' exhibition at The Science Museum
In 2002, at the Science Museum in London, another exhibition was held to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the James Bond films. A large collection of props, models, vehicles, set designs and storyboards were on display on 2 floors of the building. Take a tour around this collection on the following link;

We have also just uploaded pictures from a 1985 visit to Piz Gloria, home of Blofeld's mountain top lair in 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service'. Since the cable cars and restaurant have been re-modeled and replaced since filming took place, our pictures let you see how they originally looked.
