Where do you think the real grey building off Regents Park is, and where is Bond's flat?

According to Moonraker, BOnd lives in a little flat converted from a REgency house just off the King's Road. NOt sure about the office of Unviersal Exports, but I'm sure it is hidden well inside Regent's Park. Read the first bit of CR by Fleming, it hsoudl give some detail if I remember correctly.

Wellington Square just off the Kings Road is regarded as the definitive place for Bonds flat. John Pearson also quotes this address.

The building is not in Regents Park as there are none, but one of the numerous looming buildings that surround it, and there are literally hundreds to take your pick from. Gary Giblin seems to place it on the western side of the Park from clues he found in MR, TB and YOLT, with the building just north of the Baker St tube station.
