Audio volume was low in Casino Royale?

did you guys notice the audio in Casino Royale to be low in volume? I could barely hear the conversation between Daniel Craig and Celeste on the train. They were exchanging riposte insults.
I had to rewind the scene on my DVD to hear it twice.

These days most DVD's are optimized for playback thru a 5.1 surround sound system. If that soundtrack is played thru a TV's speakers the sound effects can often overwhelm the dialog. Check the audio options on your disc and see if there is a 2.0 stereo track available as that will help some. Or, if your TV has a headphone jack, using that can sometimes make the dialog easier to make out. A lot of newer DVD players also have a "dialog enhancement" option that can help.

My brother had the same problem with his TV and it got so bad that he finally broke down and just bought himself a surround sound system.
