Alternate costume for my custom. Not 100% happy with the t-shirt yet, but it's a placeholder.

VERY cool. I assume you made the jacket yourself?
When I eventually put my Craig together, I think I'll do a last scene one, but damn if I'm not having trouble finding a suitable suit (no pun intended). Three piece suits are hard to find in the 1/6th world, and navy pinstriped ones are even harder!
A very patient and talented customizer made the jacket.
Some folks think the Who's Neil figure has a good suit for that scene. I think it's hard to properly do layered outfits like that in this scale, but there are suits out there. Poke around the vendors listed at OSW and you'll find some suits that might be dyed the right color (there's a white pinstripe suit somewhere, I've seen it).

I have the Who's Neil suit (and actually the Toy Soldier body is a perfect match for Craig's physique, and I'll be using it for my figure), but it isn't close enough for me. I don't trust my abilities to dye anything, though. Oh well.
But I want to do that scene because I have the perfect UMP-9, customized with a Medicom SAS silencer and MP5 curved mag.
Longbow posted it on the Sideshow forum. It definitely looks like him, but I prefer the more "idealised" version of Andy's sculpt. Seems like all the cragginess is played up in this one.

The link doesn't work, but I did see this figure at Toys R Us last week. It was a really nice sculpt and I think it's close to 1/18 scale. Depending if an appropriate replacement body can be found, there might be the makings of a good companion figure for the Ertl/Joyride 1/18 scale Aston Martins.
"...the purposeful slant of his striding figure looked dangerous, as if he was making quickly for something bad that was happening further down the street." -SMERSH on 007 dossier photo, Ch. 6 FRWL.....
I have used a suit myself.
I have been selling 12" Action Figures on ebay for the last 3 months or so.
I have carefully researched my subject to make the best 12" Daniel Craig 007 action figure available today. They are selling really well and I'll be putting more on sale in the next few months.
If you want to check out the figures that I have sold so far click on the links below.
I'll post another message as soon as I have another one completed, which should be in the next 7 days or so. I also do commission work too. Delivery time is usually about a month.
I don't make a huge amount of money on these. I just find it really relaxing and satisfying to create the best 007 action figure that I can to a high degree of accuracy.
I you like what you see drop me a line via AJB007 in the first instance and I'll contact you for a further discussion.
I have checked out this full thread and I am flabbergasted at the skill of some of the sculptor/painters of the DC headsculpts. The Longbow sculpt is just stunning and Sideshow should employ that sculptor because it is truly amazing.
I have had my hand slapped by the site administrator for multiple responses so I'll refrain from posting this elsewhere.
I have recently placed my latest Daniel Craig Figure for sale on ebay. Here's the link.
The purpose of this message is to ask anyone if they have any criticisms or any suggestions for how I could improve the product?
If you want to try to make one yourself (if you have the patience) you can get the headsculpt from ebay from a hugely talented artist/sculptress based in HK. Her name is Mayling (ADA) Chan and I think that her shop name on ebay is called "Action figure Wantedyou".
Believe it or not this pastime began a few months ago when my 6 year old daughter dressed all her Barbie dolls up in evening dress.
Although only 6 years old she is a huge 007 film fan (I cover her eyes up during the violent/sexy bits) her favourite being TMWTGG.
Anyway I said to her "WOW your dollies all look like Bond girls". She was chuffed with the idea and asked if I could buy a James Bond?
I searched the net and bought a cheap Action Man 007 dressed in an evening suit. But whilst surfing I found Maylings headsculpt and now its become a major obsession!
I aim to make the best figure that I can and just before despatch to the customer I even scent the figure with Floris No89!
Can't get more accurate than that!
Although I make a very small profit on the figures that I sell it will never be enough to sell up and sail around the world. Pity!
I really do just make them for the relaxation of producing them. I work as a contracts advisor to a large government agency and after a full day of boring meetings with boring people its nice to come home, put my daughter to bed and install myself at my workbench to get my hands dirty. It takes me 3 days just to paint the eyes on the figure and it takes an enormous amount of patience to get it just right.
My aim is to produce a bespoke quality product and there's no way I would let a substandard article out of my possession.
Anyway, I look forward to your opinions and I hope I don't get a roasting for advertising.
Its a risk I'll have to take.
But what is the point in living if you can't feel alive?
I think I'm buying the "Spyseven" version of that Loading Toys one just to get the damn P99. I'll see how that particular head looks after a repaint. Couldn't seem to find the one dressed in the Tom Ford Harrington jacket.

Yes that is the correct spelling.
