mmmmm....let's give him the benefit of the doubt for a few more days/week...

let's face it, the optimal time to do a runner is when you have everyone's cash 8-)

    now you didn't did you?...:s

and just in case, how about we look for another company?....I don't give in easy... :007)

    I'll give it some thought...

Sorry for the delay / absence - i've been knee deep in two project i simply must complete in the next few weeks (month latest) - one private the other for the local Chamber of Commerce. I've certainly not "disappeared" and would *never* take members $$ and run - that was the exact reason i suggested a better known member take control of the project !!

If anyone does wish to take the ball and run - the company i had contacted is:

    http://www.plasticprinters.com/

They seem quite willing to help and were very friendly on the phone / email.

I'll certainly return - unfortunately my time is pressed lately (projects, family, a watch-habit / hobby and this Bond obsession = all add up to things slowing down ... lol).

My apologies again if anyone thought i was remiss - certainly not my intention !

    Kind Regard,

    Billy

    Hi Billy,

Do you have the name of the person you were dealing with? I will happily contact them.

    Thanks

I would be happy to take this project on, but I wonder if it would be better suited to someone in the US as the card company is over there?

Im talking with someone at this company and they are telling me they CAN'T print the VISA logo on the card, we could change it to make it "similar"

BILLY do you have a contact name you spoke to.

how about what actually would be on the back of these cards?...does anyone have one we can get a screenshot of?..

obviously we'll need to change it "slightly", but unless they put the mag strip on, then magnetize it, and dump JB's dets on it all electromagnetically :o then i'm guessing we won't upset the Feds....

Its a shame we cant get the 007 logo on the back of the card. Or perhaps write 'the bearer of this card has a licence to kill'

I'd rather the back was kept accurate to a real card. Like this...

I agree. The more authentic it looks, the better.

The magstrip and signature strip is a given. I think what everyone else is reffdering to is that REAL VISA cards have different information from the issuing company on there.

I think we should keep it fairly simple with magstrip, signature panel "Authorised Signature", "Not valid unless signed" and leave it at that that! I know I wont be displaying the back of my card too much!

now if I could just get a hold of Clarky ;)

Sorry for the absence. I am traveling, and will be for another 10 days or so. I'll get the back of the card together as soon as I can. I hate to leave you guys hanging, but the life of a secret agent posing as a graphic artist and business man can be a hectic one. :)

Seriously, I'll get the card finished as soon as I get a minute. I just wanted to touch base and tell you guys I haven't dropped the ball, it's just in my luggage.
