Need help on TWINE

I'm stuck on the first leval on TWINE it is the bit when the two doors are locked I have killed everybody but in the security room there seems like that water bottle could open the doors but I keep going over to it pressing circle and nothing happens

I played and completed this game years ago. Can't quite remember the bit you are talking about but just go to google and put in something like "The world is not enough game walkthrough " and you should find what you are looking for.
