Just as it sounds, there is an editor for the original goldeneye 64.

This tool can change almost every aspect of goldeneye, and changes cam be implemented legally through a game shark/cord or through a .rom. No rom is supplied, so good luck funding one.

I've been using this, it's pretty awesome, I turned the cradle into a mission where you have to destroy three missiles and assassinate some guy. It kicked buttz.
