I could be wrong, but I belive that the "Club" talc shown was an attempt to mock Jockey Club, which was a popular men's brand in the 1960's and is still sold today.

"After Shave" appears just below Club in fine type so it's really meant as part of the mark ... rather like Gillette Razor Company in the US making men's products other than shavers.

Cans of that type are still available today in fine men's cosmetic lines, though it might actually cost less if you search eBay for "vintage talc" as you're likely going to wind-up stripping and repainting the tin either way.

I noticed that with a few more items the guys here had bought. It would be good to have a full listing around somewhere of what these guys have on offer

I apologize for not having everything shown on the website. I'm currently working with The Mantis in developing a new website where I will be able to post ALL the available items. The current website has many flaws which are not allowing me to update it. Stay tuned for a new IMPROVED website.
In the meantime, some of my items can be seen at the following:http://s172.photobucket.com/albums/w29/TheSpyboys/?start=all

Trying to find one or two of these - couldn’t see on their site. Guessing it’s not being sold anymore :-( - unless anyone knows differently?

Can't say I didn't plan on that, Pete...However, Thomo spoiled my fun by asking I empty the 58 year old talc and make it refillable. I drilled a small hole in the bottom and used a magnetic strip, cut to shape and covered with a metallic tape, that would be used to cover the hole after it being refilled. Glad you liked it!!!!!! --Ed
