For me it would be in GE,toward the end of the film, when he is planting the explosives, and getting shot at behind that pillar,he moves his head just in time,as bullets bounce of the pillar. For me pure bondness,so cool.
And yes I'd like to have been in the torture chair, just an indiscreat glimpse of thigh...mmm. :x

For me the nightmare began with the PTS for CR.

No that is when real James Bond came back after that GQ impostor left.
Not in my view. I regard Brosnan as the second best Bond of all time, after Connery, and just before Moore.

I enjoy Moore alot actually. Not my favorite but he was the best thing about his films. He could deliver any one-liner with the greatest sincerity.
My Bond actor list:
1. Daniel Craig
2. Sean Connery
3. Timothy Dalton
4. Roger Moore
5. George Lazenby
6. Pierce Brosnan
A pretty unsurprising list.
My list is as follows:
1)Connery
2)Brosnan
3)Moore
4)Lazenby
5)Craig (who was slightly ahead of Lazenby on fourth after CR but dropped down to well below Lazenby on fifth after QOS)
6)Dalton

the casino scene in GE, where he plays baccarat with Xenia. Pure class in my view, and not enough of those kinds of scenes in the recent bond films in my opinion

Could not agree more, it's a truly 'Bondian' moment, so fleeting its a case of blink and you'll miss it, but it's Bond at it's best.
Super cool and iconic. I'm really hoping that 23 can pull of a couple of those. For me it's what seperates our man from the also rans.
* GE: Bond standing behind a collum, reloading his gun. A bullet hits the concrete next to his ear, but he just tilts his head. Calmly, as if it was just a buzzing fly.
* TND: The short scene when 007 kills Kaufman and the scene where he waits for Paris in the hotel room.
In DAD, when he walks into the hotel in Hong Kong. He's dirty, he's scruffy and he walks in the high class hotel like he owns the place. Very cool seen.
Yeah, great scene. And I'm glad at least someone else appreciates at least some of DAD. It wasn't all bad, was it?

Brosnan's best scene for me is with Dr. Kauffman. Pure class, right down to the video playing and Bond realising he's been set up, to Kauffman pleading unsuccesfully for his life. To be honest, as I write this there are too many classic Brosnan scenes to contemplate.

IMO, Pierce Brosnan had many wonderful moments as Bond, largely due to the panache that Brosnan gave the character.
GE - The opening scene driving the Aston Martin through a hilly countryside, eventually engaging Onatopp in a race. Brosnan's facial expressions reveal the sheer joy he is having, very Bondian. Not to mention the seduction of the shrink sent to examine him.
As LR said, the scene where he meets the new M is a classic.
I also agree with Tony about the scene on the train where he says, "you first, you second."
TND - As previously mentioned, the fight in the soundproof room, the hotel room scene with Paris is one of my favorites, you really get a sense that Paris and Bond have a history, the scene with Kaufman is well written and played, I especially like the final line before he kills Kaufman "me too."
TWINE - The opening scene, especially while in the bankers office completely outnumbered, but completely in control. Telling the banker all he wants is a name. Then after the banker offers him the money, replying "I am offering you the opportunity to walk out of here with your life."
The seduction of Dr Warmflash, quite frankly using her to get what he wants. The bed scene with Elektra is fairly erotic. I like the scene where he very quickly dispatches Zukovsky's guard by sticking him to the bar. The scene where he shoots Elektra, "I won't ask again".
DAD - I still maintain the first half of DAD is an excellent movie full of Bondian moments. Of course, as many have mentioned Bond walking into the hotel in his pajamas is a classic Bond moment. The way Bond sneaks into the clinic by pushing the wheelchair towards the security desk and then ducking in through the window was ingenious. Bond meeting the sleeper agent in Cuba is a nice scene, as well as seeing him drive down the road in the old classic car.
In all of the scenes I mentioned above, Brosnan was able to reveal parts of Bond character that Fleming had described, love of life, confident, sexual, inventive, and manipulative when necessary. What I liked about Brosnan's Bond is that for me he was most like Fleming's Bond, I know others will disagree, which is fine. But when he walked in a room, he owned the place.
Connery will probably all be the best Bond, probably because he was first and could define the cinematic Bond, but my favorite is Brosnan.
My favorite scene from the world is not enough is the scene where bond is in the silo and bond hits renard in the head with a pistol and I think Bronson gives his best preformence as james bond in that one
Remember the scene in die another day where brosnan finds zao and then he squeezes the bag and it hurts zao and then zao and brosnan fight and zao tries to strangle him and then zao gets his gun and brosnan throws a jar at a magnet and then zao runs away and brosnan chases after him and then zao jumps through the window and brosnan uses a rocket to get out of the hospital?

Pierce Brosnan's best moment as James Bond. Top 3, anyway.
And in case you're wondering, the other two are:
