Autographed first day covers with 007 issue postage stamps

The Royal Mail is to issue a set of James Bond stamps to celebrate the centenary of Ian Fleming's birth.

While these will be of interest of collectors on their own, Buckingham Covers is issuing a set of first day covers, licensed by Ian Fleming Publications and will be offering sets autographed by Sir Roger Moore, Dame Judi Dench or Richard Kiel.

I like the idea of them and I will probably order the Roger Moore one just because of the exclusivity. If you think about it, his autograph would be £40 (from Bondstars), £10 for the stamps so you're paying £30 for the exclusivity in effect.

An investment in my opinion.
